| have you SEEN the old GM, first of all. come on. besides do you know anything about her performance as a recuiter? could is POSSIBLY be because she is good at what she does? besides, she is a level 2. we're not even talking about vp of recruiting or something. i have heard these rumors too, but i do know that the old gm was her assigned mentor. she HAD to go to lunch with him and such. Rumors are just that....RUMORS. anytime a girl is friends with a guy, she is sleeping with them. |

| Here is the funny thing about what help read, and then how the interpet it. See my comments about JF had nothing to do with her pregnancy, and who the father was, and by what acts she preformed in order to get where she is today. My comments where in regards to the fact that she bragged about firing someone. If she is as professional and qualified as some of you say that she is, why then is she bragging about throwing someone into unemployment. And in no way, can anyone argue whether or not she was bragging at admin., because there have been more than one person who has posted something along those lines. She must have done something right in her career to get to where she is because enterprise IS a male dominated work environment. However, it does not excuse her actions after the fact. In terms of the actual firing, my issues lie with the fact that JF fired the young lady, and the PP forced her to sign a waiver expressing her own desire to leave the company. Is that legal? And how can someone be fired for not meeting job requirements when those requirements are not listed? Some say that she lied,and lying is like stealing. Then I ask where does adultry fall? How about alcoholism? These are only a few of the issues that are rampant among this company from top to bottom. The gail was scared, under more pressure than was necessary to fullfill other job requirements. She slipped, and then when she attempted to set things right, JF(who happened to BE her old mentor) did not give her any chance. Here is a question to some of you, wrongful termination or not? I leave you with that! You know who I am and where to get a hold of me...O U T out. |

Do you really think JF just put her there and said "ok--just figure it out!" IN FACT---IF I RECALL THE JOB DUTIES ARE SPECEFICALLY LAID OUT IN THE OPPORTUNITY MESSAGE!!!!! Then, when you start in the position, you are TRAINED and it is the employee's responsibility to do what is asked -verbally or written. So, basically if it is not written down somewhere, it is OK to lie? I really do not get your point. I honestly do not know why I bother retorting to this crap. The person writing it obviously doesn't have much common sense. ARE WE SURE THIS IS REALLY TOWARDS JF???? |

| Damn, well here is a lessen to everyone, never sign a waiver, I did not know she did that, they had no grounds to fire her. Here is another little tidbit, in a company of enterprises size it does not pay to be honest, no one get to a high level position by being honest. It is all a denial game, because when the rubber hits the road, its pretty damn hard to prove anything, unless you get slapped with a DUI or a felony, it nots like Chip and Pat are damn CSI or anything. Please for God's sake no one ever sign anything unless there are some dollars attached and you feel completely comfortable with the pay out. About pay outs also, payouts are never out of goodness of heart, they only pay if they know there assess did wrong... Judges love to sock it to "conservative" companies like erac, notice conservative is in quotes, get the drift. Plus the employment attorney that GP43 uses is $750 and hour and bills at a minimum 1/2 hour increments, meaning, they make a phone call to them and leave a message, walla $375 invoice. Believe me Polito and Chip never want to go to court, because even if they win, they lose. Speaking of losing, this group also has a horrendous track record of losing enemployment cases, ask someone who was recently fired, if they filed chances are they won, always let them fire you... its not that bad, and they won't do it as soon as you think, odds are if you refuse to sign you will keep your job. The higher ups know this, they all have had the papers in front of them at one time, Kach, Polito, Hollinger, Rumping and Vance all have refused to sign and still collect checks. If you want to succeed, here is a scenario I will walk you through.... You get drunk, your horny, you screw up and your grab your employees ass and ask her to F&^%. You later get called to the carpet, what do you do. You Deny, because unless there is video and audio footage and a an expert witness along with damn CSI, they know they have no grounds to touch you. Ask Vickery, he did this himself and still collects large bonuses. Just make sure you kee your performance up, because they will look there, for grounds. This GM is a class act, old school alabamanian (not worthy of capitalization) with a track record of denial and keeping people who will deny his actions. This is why he has been successful. This is not Sunday School, ther is not fucking tooth fairy, grow up and get use to the real world, because that is what the real world is. Its F&*&^ or get F&^&^ed!!!! |

She is a recruiter and she is attractive, no kidding shes good a what she does, she cons males into working for erac, if it was a guy with the same personallity/qualifications his sucsess would pale in comparison to hers, unless he happend to be attractive and was only interviewing females. Its not rocket science why she has her job, but I am fairly confident that she will have a hard time doing anything else within erac. As for the rumors about who JF slept with I think its udder crap, you dont know it unless you saw it with your own eyes, and if SV or whoever else said they banged her they are lieing just like every other guy that braggs about banging some chick. Give me a brake, SV is one ugly ass dude, I'm sure she can do better if she choose to cheat on her husband. But the rumors do keep the 60 hour weeks entertaining :) |

They can't afford to pay you as long as Rumping is collect his 500K paycheck. |
