Is Chip one of Ledsome's hip ocket guys? Who the Hell is Chip?

Chip gave $5,000. to PAC at the end of 2005 and $4,000 at the end of 2004, he is getting more devoted to PAC, what is PAC all about, someone told me he required all level 3 to give to this and that PAC has no political agenda, something is not hones here, $5000 for no political agenda, he seems smarter than that.

Is it true Chip has only one last fiscal quarter to get the group to improve.

What scandal happened with Chip and a minority?, it seems like he only pays attention to minorities and new hires. I see him and he won't look me in the eye, whats up with that. He seems to only pay attention to the minorities, I know the group is sucking balls, does he get points from Nestor for getting good feedback from certain protected groups? Its either that or he is trying to cover something up from his past. Although there are no racist people in Alabama, are there?

If Chip does have to the end of the year to fix the group or get fired he proved it today by firing Joe Racine. It looks like he is trying to show corporate that he is not the reason the group is so screwed up, but that he is fixing this failing group by firing yet another member of upper management. If you are a current area manager out there looking for a place to settle down for a couple of years and get a fat severance package then Jacksonville is the place to apply. If you value your career and you feel you have what it takes to succeed at ERAC stay where you are and wait for a different deal to post. Austin from what everyone says, you are a great guy also maybe you should ask about car sales before it is to late. JOE, you will be missed.

inside info... Chip is on 90 day at this point... Racine had heat put on him as retaliation for something that had to do with speaking up about that GM from 35 making a racial slur at a card game in Orlando during PDM kickoff, the GM that is now a Realtor... Follow this, Chip and said GP35 former GM are old school buddies with deep GP55 roots, the deepest, from what I understand anyone who called the 35 GM to the carpet better have rock ass solid numbers because the timing on retaliation has turned and watch out for Alabama revenge... inadvertently Chip has got the HR manager, Controller, and another GRM all on notice. Hey if you are going to go down you may as well go down with a fight.

Hey you can see where GMs end up after all is said and done. I have worked in GP43 for a little over a year, should I just go ahead and bite the bullet and join Watson Realty now? Here is Mays' website
