What is the feeling on Chip Vance?

Someone Told Me That An Area Manager Named Tessa Said That One Of The Group Rental Managers Was Going To Be Gone At The End Of This Week. Does Anyone Know Which One.

I understand Chip only wants to here the truth if it is good news. Unfortunately the group sucks, and performs at the bottom of the company's matrix in all lines of business. I heard he holds a monthly meeting with all the area and City Managers and they brag about obscure things like I increased my corporate rate .12 a car last month or my annual retention is negative but hopefully I have not lost an employee yet this month (it being the 5th of the month).

DC sucks!!! He was at a bar with Homer Simpson and I couldn't tell the two apart.

Coughlan is too new to the group to already be on the outs. He does suck, but his time won't be coming for at least another 9 months.

I understand there was a lot of chatter in the Admin office in Jacksonville (Group 43) about a Level 3 candidate from North Carolina being the best, with the best numbers, the best packet and the best interview, but gay. Inadvertantly the North Carolina candidate did not get the position (Loss Control Manager), instead the second best candidate got it. Something the North Carolina GM had said to someone I believe steered that decision. But I believe in Florida and North Carolina it is legal to discriminate on sexual preference so good for Enterprise for expressing there legal rights to discrimate on sexual orientation, but I believe it is against the Company policy.
