Come on now, you know him the exciting, the bald, the tyrant that brought EEOC concerns to the Jacksonville Airport. The guy that cried when he heard his own manager made more than him, the big important Group Rental Manager. The big mack daddy, trying to make his house all like cribs, I think he is gonna be a rap star.

Let the ripping begin. Come on all you GP07 and GP43 superstars give him a shout out he needs it. Last month his OP was NEGATIVE 28. His occupancy was a screaming tight 85%, with city heavily supported by a failing airport (the best of the best) he hit a Miraculous Income of 880/Car.

This greasy dude, was looking to fill an area manager spot here in Jacksonville and called the other groups where the candidates came from and bragged about how he was getting the cheapest candidate. Word is he brought in this poor girl from Indiana and it paying her like 40K while all her branch managers are out pacing her pay. But hey mabye if she grows her fleet and really takes off, she can make 50 --- BIG MONEY..... Way to cut that overhead and take care of your employees.

Coughlan's resume wasn't exactly very impressive. He came to ERAC as a lowly MT whose previous work experience was selling furniture. He grilled in 4 1/2 months, and became a branch manager in about a year-. He is the most unscrupulous person I've ever encountered. His retention was in the shitter when I left the group. He thinks he is a gift to women, and flaunts his cash like you wouldn't believe. I can totally imagine him buying the most obnoxious house possible. In his former life before ERAC, he thinks he was a thug. Ask him about his favorite Sugar Hill Gang song, and you'll know when you're in his good graces if he calls you "brotha"

Oh well he used to call me brotha', but I never cared for his jive talking crap. He is a total kiss ass, he only will talk to department heads. God's gift to women? I don't knwo how he landed the one he has with the artificial breasts, he must have paid them and is making her work them off. What a POS.

Come on lets get soem old school dirt on Coughlan. Thats funny that he sold furniture, but I want read some real sick truths.

She got her boobs done??? That sounds about right for him though, I'm sure he paid for them because it's just part of his ideal woman fantasy. I have overheard him numerous times how he has a thing for blondes (his old area manager was blonde and had a "special" relationship with her to get him promoted) He got married right? Is she working for ERAC? She used to in group 07. On the brighter side, I think she is a very nice girl, although I've only spoken to her on a few occasions. She's wayyy too good for him.

Figures he would say that. He is so disgusting. If she's working as a bottom feeder (read: bottom feeder is someone who works for a large pharma company pushing the equivalent to Advil, who gets to sit in MD's offices for 45 mins waiting to spend 35 seconds with him and detail a product he'll prescribe 4 times a month) then she will need the hot body b/c sex sells. Pfizer (for example) although it is a great company to have on a resume, hires girls with big ol boobs and can look decent in a short skirt. Sounds like she fits the bill. It's great that he has such a high opinion of her, too bad he comes off describing her like she's only successful BECAUSE of her body.
