How long were you with the group? Did you have a tangible amount of career experience with the group? What are your grounds, I assume you are looking for somene with similar grounds.

This would not be a suitable place to have these discussions, if you want you can pass your attorneys info on here, and we can make contact along those routes. I have seen management be very tolerable of various issues in my time here.

If you are dealing with Time Card issues, I would supeona, the groups internal time card reports, they have them, they can see the hours for MTs and MAs and see lunches are not given(Of course they would testify that they care and that is all dandy, but there has to be documentation of action for the court to see they care- they cant all back each other up at Court like they can with St Louis), I am not sure where you are going with your suit. I also understand the group was scrutinized and somewhat rebuked for not keeping up with Harrassment training of management or setting up proper avenues for employee issues with Business Practices, it is my understanding the group is still delinquent in this area by Corporate's standard, which I am sure are somewhat inline with SOX and other industry HR benchmarks, if you looked at the internal audit documents and then displayed the failure to provide a tangible action plan, that would support a lot of issues and payouts in court.

My manager touched me inappropriately and when I told him to stop, he fired me. Also, I had to work a 12 hour shift and never got a break for 2 whole years. I worked 7 days a week and they only paid me $4/hour. It was great though because I got to wash my car for free. I even got some free pizza too.

I am not understanding the $4 per hour. Who touched you? Did you report this to the local HR department, do you have documentation of the report. What branch is open 7 days? This sounds far fetched.

I was paid $4/hour. My manager touched me. No, I did not report it since I was scared. My branch was open 7 days a week.

Sadly, I dont think there is any recourse against ERAC's buisness practices. The only thing you can do is choose not to work there!

What do you think a law suit will do? they'll give you 1500$ in fast food gift cards to make up for all the lunches you never got? I dont see it going anywere.
