Default Organize a walkout anyone?

For all of you that are overworked and underpaid, how about a walkout? Action would have to be taken. I believe this was done before in one area a few years ago and it was a nail in that GMs coffin. To get a reaction you need to take action, don't just sit around idle, stick up for what you believe in. If you don't you will never be successful anyway. If you are not in now, you never will be, time to create what the new in is.

Lets do this.

HAHA I tried to organize this several times while I was still employed with ERAC. Would be beautiful if it could be pulled off. Keep the board updated because if it ever does happen damn skippy I will go to the nearest office to try to rent a car.

I could help you guys out with a really excellent paying commission and base rate job. I work for a top ten fortune company in advertising. If anyone 50 % and above CDW and great with up selling e-mail me privately Kobe0525. I’ve made a lot of money within the last three month which would be the same as an MT base salary the whole year. They also pay for your car, cell, food, laptop, and pay for your MBA.

Our group cannot afford to just let a dozen people go, the GM may as well draw up his own separation agreement if he has to do that in one month... Our Group is well below corporate in retention, and well below corporate in customer service, remember the company mission. Customers, Employees, profits follow... Well this group has no profits either... They had YTD single digit OP. Oh yeah, they don't talk about the company misison in Jacksonville, well the mission statement is on www.enterprise.com on the company link. Corporate knows this mission I still believe, and I bet they got an eye on our GM.

I am all in for this.

I just heard about this site tonight, I wish someone had sent me here sooner.. I dont think that many people know this is out here, everyone that sees this needs to tell at least 5 people about this at work tommorow... there are such great truths here,,, this is a great place maybe for management to hear our voice.
