Cost Reduction Plans

Does anyone know what the deal is with the recent cost reduction plans?? Why does talking in the office have to stop to save money, I dont get it? Why cant we talk but the monkey runs around giggling every day?

I think the greedy bastards (Chip, Joe, and Doug) should all take a commision cut if they really want to make the group perform and save some money. Instead they are cutting everyone else's personnel and sacrificing their personal branch performance.

Dougs not nearly compensated like Joe or Chip... Chip runs the deal he should take a large cut, but Joe, hmm not so sure.

Its because flip is going away, and they need to keep everyone from jumping ship. When flip and overall net profit eventually dwindle down to shit, you have no choice but to run a more efficient business in order to scrape out a little bit of OP.
