To start, I am the one who started this post, a female. To whomever wrote scrub my cobalt, Ill glady do it. I'm getting grilled next week, so the homley MT title won't be mine anymore. You can stay in your corporate job, but while your making the same money over 50 years, and get fired when a new college grad takes your position. I will be in some high corporate position at ERAC laughing it up. And even if I don't make it at ERAC, the experience I have learned will teach me to better at any job and make me a easily hired from any other company. Unlike you, I don't have time to fight on this board, as I will be going out with my coworkers tonight, and laughing you up over a sex on the beach!

As you will see, your homely MT title will be replaced with one not much better...why are you so arrogant? most of the people here are/were your superiors, you should have a little more respect for those who have gone before you and know more. My corp job pays a lot more than your corp job does...and it is you who will be fired to be replaced by a new recruit! that is the ERAC way! you are too green to see it, but you will and you wil be forced to admit i was right!
I have time to post on this board because i don't work 50 hours a week like you do...i actually have time/life balance, which is so grand.
Have fun drinking with your co-workers...maybe you'll get lucky and a BM will let you blow him so you can climb the ladder in true ERAC fashion.
hahhaahahahahaha

Think of the Summer Party GP43 could have if they actually held on to some of our level III and IV's instead of paying for the move and then for the thanks for working here money. We could have a summer party like the ones the managers go to and drink boat drinks and rent out Universal. But of course we would need to leave all of our new people here so they could work like dogs, you would need to earn your right first and that takes at least 2 years being led by the horse, cart and carrot. One day you wake up and say holy shit the world is not flat. Anyways, lets stop getting rid of people and have a bash that would make the Taylors proud, then we could send out the EAA awards (Effective Immediately Awards...so and so no longer works here).
Although I have seen Pat at Universal and cant figure out why he is still head of HR with the stuff he talks about.

I heard that GP41 was thinking about having Buffet at there 30,000 on rent party. Funny thing is since Jacskonville had there first 4,000 on rent party, South Florida had there 10,000 on rent party, then gave out 15,000 on rent towels and tee shirts, then Jacksonville had there second 4,000 on rent party, meanwhile a few months later South Florida was having there 20,000 on rent bash, and while management at 43 was unsure whether they could afoord employees for 5,000 and also unsure it would stick, South Florida was calling Jimmy Bufett, Dave Mathews, and Billy Joel up for quotes on there 30,000 on rent party. Whats up Jax?

i'm not one to defend group 43, but comparing them to Miami's group is silly. Your group's coverage extends to over 5 million people while Jacksonville's group covers about a fifth of that. Yes, group 43 does suck but even if the group were performing at an "all-star" level, they'd still never sniff five-digits on rent.

I'll bet you my left nut and $500 that you won't be in some "high corporate position at ERAC" BTW, what the hell is a "high corporate" position there anyway. Do you expect to be Uncle Andy's right-hand man (or woman) someday, geez?

And I've news for ya sister, the longer you stay at ERAC, the longer you're just going to be pigeon-holed into dead end sales or insurance jobs that have the same out with the old in with the new philosophy as ERAC.

Do yourself a favor and instead of lambasting those who post on this site, take a moment to listen. You'd be surprised how high up some of the people who post on here were able to get with ERAC and how much they know about the inner-workings of the company.

Amen Brother. We do know what we are talking about. My only wish is that I could let everyone know. Actually maybe I will.

RE: To start, I am the one who started this post, a female ... I'm getting grilled next week, so the homley MT title won't be mine anymore.

No - now you'll be a homely MA for the next six months doing the work of an MT with no additional pay or respect.

When you're selected for "the grill" the decision to promote is already a done deal. Going through "the grill" is just a formality. If you ever make Level III you'll find that out. Find one person who has failed the grill - or even the rumor of one failing - and you'll understand what I mean.

RE: You can stay in your corporate job, but while your making the same money over 50 years, and get fired when a new college grad takes your position.

Sorry sweetie (get used to that name) - that's how it is at ERAC not the "real" world. The real world doesn't use freshly minted college grads listing Domino's Pizza or Sear's Retail as experience to replace an experienced manager. Look around at your bank managers or even store managers at Publix - all in their 30's and 40's.

RE: I will be in some high corporate position at ERAC laughing it up. And even if I don't make it at ERAC, the experience I have learned will teach me to better at any job and make me a easily hired from any other company.

Sounds like a statement of self-defeat already - what makes you think you won't make it a ERAC - you don't swallow ?? Besides what possible experience learned at ERAC will be applicable in the real world - washing cars - cleaning bathrooms - emptying trash - giving head ?? Be more specific sweetie.

RE: Unlike you, I don't have time to fight on this board...

That's because you're working 55 - 60 hours a week and need every waking hour of off time to iron those spiffy white shirts (yours or your mgrs).

RE: as I will be going out with my coworkers tonight and laughing at you over a sex on the beach!

More like you're branch manager will be laughing with his fellow mgrs about having sex on the beach with you to see if you really are Asst Mgr material.

Drink Up !!! Your promotion is on a six-pack away ...
