No - now you'll be a homely MA for the next six months doing the work of an MT with no additional pay or respect.

When you're selected for "the grill" the decision to promote is already a done deal. Going through "the grill" is just a formality. If you ever make Level III you'll find that out. Find one person who has failed the grill - or even the rumor of one failing - and you'll understand what I mean.

RE: You can stay in your corporate job, but while your making the same money over 50 years, and get fired when a new college grad takes your position.

Sorry sweetie (get used to that name) - that's how it is at ERAC not the "real" world. The real world doesn't use freshly minted college grads listing Domino's Pizza or Sear's Retail as experience to replace an experienced manager. Look around at your bank managers or even store managers at Publix - all in their 30's and 40's.

RE: I will be in some high corporate position at ERAC laughing it up. And even if I don't make it at ERAC, the experience I have learned will teach me to better at any job and make me a easily hired from any other company.

Sounds like a statement of self-defeat already - what makes you think you won't make it a ERAC - you don't swallow ?? Besides what possible experience learned at ERAC will be applicable in the real world - washing cars - cleaning bathrooms - emptying trash - giving head ?? Be more specific sweetie.

RE: Unlike you, I don't have time to fight on this board...

That's because you're working 55 - 60 hours a week and need every waking hour of off time to iron those spiffy white shirts (yours or your mgrs).

RE: as I will be going out with my coworkers tonight and laughing at you over a sex on the beach!

More like you're branch manager will be laughing with his fellow mgrs about having sex on the beach with you to see if you really are Asst Mgr material.

Drink Up !!! Your promotion is on a six-pack away ...

I say WAY to go on making it to MA and still being pro GREEN! It's great that we have MA's that are that fired up about the company. It is a great company to work for and we need our newer employees being fired up to make a difference. Don't listen to these yahoos that are giving you grief...the fact that you are female has nothing to do with your career path. I know you have worked hard. Keep at it and you will get promoted based on skill regardless of what others say!

The fact that you other idiots are saying she has to sleep around to move up the ladder is so sad. I am a female and have never slept with any of my upper management. I don't know how you can make the assumption that sexual favors will move you ahead...no branch manager has that power for sure and unless you are willing to sleep with every department head, it definitely wouldn't affect you ability to make it to level III. The sad fact is that you guys wish it were that way and in your sweetest dreams fantasize about a female employee coming to you for promotion via sex but it never happened. We are professionals and not only do we have to bust our asses as hard as everyone else we have to deal with loosers like you all saying we sleep around to get by.

Way to scare off the new girl jack asses.

right on....you go girl.....please do enjoy the sex on the beach as well as the sex when you get soiled between between the legs when youve had one too many......the only way an individual working for erac can get a piece of ass is to get it from some gullible mt like yourself. you actually think that some decent gal with half a brain would allow herself to be soiled by some car renting monkey that makes $15-$17/per hour.....yes that is your branch manager im speaking about.....and your area manager.....who you more than likely idolize at this point in time is doing just a tad better. on the other hand, stay with the cult and you will "make more than any doctor or lawyer".....im sure youve heard that one, lmao.

Wow MrAloha...you sound like a real winner...too bad you were never my branch manager...with such witty remarks like that I am sure you have had tons of women that you've "soiled between between the legs".

What a looser.
