How come no one ever talks about this guy and what he does not get done at E? I have never seen a more incompetent staff than this group. Talk about not being able to handle the tough situations? How many EEOC claims do they talk about and yet the person of minority gets the vote of confidence and the manager gets the kick in the ass? I dont get it. Pat are you out there, answer this for us. Does Chip have you making these people the victims. How about just doing your job and making sure that everyone in every office is doing thier job? Seems pretty easy to me, unless you are afraid of the EEOC. That would be the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The only thing Equal about them is that every minority gets away with a lot of bull shit. Bitter.....yep.

You hit the nail on the head here. This guy protects minorities like russians protect vodka. Have you ever heard him talk when he is not at work? He tries to be one of us, and will break all kinds of rules, but when it comes to making sure the minority is protected he will destroy the life of someone else. I have never seen someone so afraid of the EEOC. The girl who worked for LP, should have been fired, but she kept moving up like she was actually good. She sucked and bled E for money. Pat get some nads and then come and be one of us.
