Can anyone stand Coughlan?????

I would really like to know if there is anyone out there that can stomach Doug C. He is one of the most arrogant people in ERAC. It's amazing to see how easy it is for him to look you dead in the eyes adn tell you a lie. That bad part is you already know his lying but he can put a spin on it to the point you believe it all the while saying this idiot is lying to me.

I heard Jodi just hit the road from his undermining. She stayed with ERAC, but went to LCAM from Area Manager.

Is this guy gone yet? I know JR and AP are gone for awhile now, but when is this guy going to hit the road. When will outsiders learn that all of us MT's and MA's have all the power. It does not matter what anyone else says, Chip is on our side and will listen to and believe whatever we tell him our managers are doing wrong. It is all about our development and once we become disgruntled we tell Chip and he makes major changes. Ha...Ha...Ha...Power to the MA's and MT's. Oh yeah and we dont even have to sell. If we can't sell that falls on our managers, area managers and group rental managers heads also. Damn we cant do anything wrong, this is a great company to work for.
