In 60 seconds you can determine if a voice on the other end is a good fit for your company? Wow. That holds just as much water as the piece of paper you mentioned. That company of yours must have a large amount of unconditional faith in you to allow you to help contribute toward the future of the company with just a 1 minute phone call. anyway, my only advise...anybody that is desperate to give you a job, especially on a web site like this, is full of shit. sadly, it probably is a real job....sales no less...probably trying to get you to sell used diapers or something.

anyway fellow x-erac or current eracers....you fell for some bullshit job the first time (think erac), don't do it again. if you want a job, take whatever you can get or stay at erac....if you want a career, then take your time, do your homework, and you will be better in the end.

Wrong...I decide if your disgruntled or a happy employed ERAC person. I don't take people who hate ERAC. I take people who are happy with them...meaning their performing and it's my job to sell my company to you if you believe in opportunity. MBA's.....I have a Degree...alot of people. Degree means nothing.... It's how you present yourself and it's called accomplishments and achievments. We don't take college grads...I don't even take Pharma sales reps...bunch of order taking lunch tray buying barbie dolls. Keep washing your car....Mrs. Smith needs her car pooling van by noon:))

dude whatever. i understand your livlihood is based on how many people you get to buy your bs....so, i guess if i was settling/stuck in a position like yours, i would aim to get anyone, anywhere to sign up. anyway, it's your life, it's what you do for a living, if you are proud and sleep well at night, more power to you.

i still advise any erac people (past or present) not to call...again, no good jobs are advertised in this manner.
