I just hired five area rental managers and one was one of Andy's speakers in your Smash Mouth, Orlando ...whatever you do down there. Believe me, ERAC is not all that. MONEY is not everything...brothers. We have been the number 1 outsourcing company in U.S. ERAC...8 bill./ looking at 12bill here (not important) I need a sales manager for Seattle. I don't care about monster.com...bunch of loser people. I want happy and employed people, If you have an OPEN MIND,I will shed some light on what and who we are...BASE UP FRONT: 85-90K SALARY (YOUR MAKING THAT TOTAL) and we give an extra 40% in bonuses...I know who all of you are, I know the ones who are Arrogant & closed minded...sorry U can stay at ERAC...maybe you will get invited to a big St. Louis dinner with Don. | The reason people are skeptical of your 'for hire' posts is because Erac wants to know who is on this site looking for ways out. They want to know who's not bought into the bullshit. You can call people close minded, but your posts do seem shady. You keep saying that you don't want to look at Monster because they are losers, but coincidentally Erac monitors Monster and that's been mentioned several times on this site. So the fact that you keep saying that Monster sucks is fishy. I wouldn't put it past Erac to send some mole to this site and try and draw out those that are unsatisfied. As for your shedding of light....You didn't really provide any specific info..just general info that can lure someone into calling that number. Then what? You get their name and contact information and then tell them you'll call them back. Next thing they know, they have a meeting with their area manager and HR manager. Pretty slick. Look, if you're for real why don't you post some actual information about this company you work for that has hired Andy's speaker at Smash mouth rather than just general crap. If you're legit...so be it. But if you're not, which many feel, then I think you're slime. Word of advice for those looking to get the fuc'k out of Erac, contact this guy at your own risk. |

| After Erac I went to Monster twice. Both time found great jobs...This one now has been a god send. Monster gives you the credibility to know who you are sending your resume to. Don't post your resume, rather pick and chose who you want to interview with. MONSTER is the best. At 120k a year, I can't complain. By the way the 10 year ERAC experience helped bigtime in my closing the deal. I guess ERAC wasn't all that bad. |

| True recruiting is not picking people off people on Monster. I don't grab people who are looking for a job. I want people who are the 1 percenters. Happy and employed, meaning I...I go after you and present to you an opportunity. All the area managers and City manager (hertz) that we have hired, had been with their company for at least 6 years...meaning their was nothing wrong with them ...ahhhhh. Those are the best people for our company, they don't have excuses why they left or why their looking else where ect.....Two area managers are already have been promoted to GM's with us... what say you...OHHH CREDIBILITY!!! I CATCH PEOPLE LYING ON THEIR RESUMES EVERY WEEK, DOES MONSTER PRESCREEN YOU BEFORE YOU PUT YOUR RESUME ON THE NET, EVEN COMPANIES DON'T CHECK DEGREE'S.....I WILL HIT YOU BETWEEN THE EYES SO HARD, YOU WIL END UP SAYING UHH,UHH,UHHHHH...FOR THE REST OF THE DAY. |

| Don't you think you're kind of limiting yourself on potential applicants? As for the 1 percenters and happy and employed.....You're hopping on a anti Erac webapge to find those people???? I find it hard to believe that anyone that's been at Erac for that long wasn't considering other opportunities way before you came knockin at their door. And if they weren't ya gotta wonder why they didn't. Perhaps they remained brainwashed. Why would you want to hire those people. | First.. All types of ERAC people look at this site. Rather they are happy or bitter....When I get someone on the phone I can tell what that person is all about in 60 seconds. Second...Everyone is looking for opportunity, would be stupid not to...i determine to move on with you or not...The most sucessful people we have hired from ERAC were happy and employed....they saw that we were a hell of an opportunity for THEIR NEEDS...we talked and interviewed for three weeks and boom....job offer in hand and they took it, doing very well I might say. SURE, I'LL GIVE YOU MY wonderful link, I will be happy to give you all company info....call me at 540-746-xxxx...if your not area manager...do have account manager positions for you..43k base car uncapped bonuses 74k avg. ohhh, but your scared....I understand, your right, I'm Don Ross, no I'm Pam, no I'm Steve Bloom....... | I'm content where I am. So, I'll pass. As for your 60 second philosophy...if that works for you, knock yourself out. Personally, I don't think a resume, interview, or a 1 minute phone conversation can give you an accurate ascertation of what a person is all about. That's just bullshit. I knew many people that could do those, but they suck as a person. And if you suck as a person...all accomplishments mean sh1t, in my humble opinion. Knowing what Erac is like and what they are all about...I find it odd that all the people that you recruited were these happy people that were content with their jobs at Erac. I stand by my belief that a normal person that has been at Erac for an exteneded period of time is either not happy or completely brainwashed. Why would you want to hire the brainwashed? Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe I'm right. Again, why don't you post the link in one of your posts rather than your number? I'm not scared because I have no intention of calling you. But, I'm just trying to look out for those that are still at that crap company that just want to be talked to straight rather than be given fluff and smoke. |
