Okay dude, either you are totally new and COMPLETELY brainwashed (read: naive and gullible) or you are really bad at using sarcasm. I really hope it's the latter of the two options. I worked at ERAC for a long time, was even bought into the dream at first, but it's important in ANYTHING you do (not just your "career") to keep some perspective. ERAC is not the be-all end-all of life. I just hope I don't read about you commiting mass suicide with the rest of the ERAC cult or lighting your compound on fire for something you believe so strongly in...

I would be willing to bet that 6 figures soon is some ERAC spin doctor trying to nullify the negativity on this site. While I believe that some people on here, like Googlepts, are pathetically bitter, I find it more disconcerting that some like 6 figures soon take time to post such over the top rhetoric. Area manager DO NOT make six figures! End of Story.....if they target you at 75k and the region and group are below OP expectations and FLIP is taking a hit from employee discount programs from all the major manufacturers, I doubt any ARM's have pushed their salary 25k over their "target". ERAC is cheap, Group 45 is cheap, and they "bank" on college newbies with delusions of grandeur to work for 32k with limited resources so that all that money saved can be passed up the ladder. I have no problem with people who choose to work at ERAC because if you can deal with all the crap for 10 years or so you could possibly have a chance to make some good coin. But someone should find a way to sue ERAC if they are still telling new hires "6 figures in 6 years". It is misleading to the point of being criminal.
