What that other dumbshit does not realize is that rates go up to balance out the economy. It's a cycle that repeats itself all the time. You would think that someone running "a profit center" would realize that. Not too business savvy are you? Rates will go up and then they will go down. Will CDW ever go down? Nope. Sure you could finagle your way into offering for $9.99 unless you're in that Nazi bitch Amy Holly's area. Then you're fucked. Soon Pai will go up as well as SLP as well as rates. If you can't sell it at 15.99 then you probably can't sell it at 9.99 anyways. It's a bullshit item to sell anyway. Typical, disgrunteld ERACer. Bitching and complaining, blaming someone else for their unhappiness. It SUCKS to work there, so instead of pissing and moaning, do what us smart ones did and QUIT! Do yourself and ERAC a favor. They only want those who "bleed green" anyways. That just shows how little you know about the mortgage business. If rates go up then you are going to have a hard time trying to find anyone who wants to refinance. I would think that even you would know that. At least I have a CAREER that isn't going to shit because rates are going up. I have one thing you don't have google, job security and I pretty much have a gaurantee that if I work hard and sell up, sell waiver and run tight, I will be making 6 figures soon.
