Dude. . .as much as I have an incredible liking for Chuck Norris, it's getting kinda old. These Chuck Norris postings are everywhere. I get them in emails twice a day, attachments at work, and now they are on this site. It's no longer original and its no longer funny. I can't wait to see your reply to this post with some reference to Chuck Norris giving me a roundhouse to the face. you're a funny guy.

Chuck was going to serve a roundhouse, but his friend Steven Segal stepped in to put the fear of the ponytail in you...

Steven Seagal doesn't hunt because it implies the possiblity of failure. Steven Seagal goes killing.

Steven Seagal is not lactose intolerant. He just refuses to put up with lactose's shit.

The eternal conundrum "what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object" was finally solved when Steven Segal punched himself in the face.

Chuck Norris doesn't do drugs to get high. Before each filming of Walker: Texas Ranger, Chuck Norris is injected with five times the lethal dose of elephant tranquilzer. This is, of course, to limit his strength and mobility, in an attempt to lower the fatality rate of the actors he fights.

It was at one point 4520, but that was last year. And whom am I talking to? You work for ERAC or did so?

My most sincere apologies to you Mr/Ms Assistant Manager. In my previous post, I was referring to the lost and blinded MT. Every once in a while, a lost soul finds his/her way to the path of righteousness by passing the grill. The Grill. . .known to be the toughest interview one will ever have to face in their career. Let's see, you get 2 area managers that gang up on an MA for about 3-5 hours. Most of the time, they aren't even testing their knowledge, but more or less seeing if they can make him/her crack and maybe even cry. Don't cry, that's a sign of weakness, you don't pass!

I love these role plays that they put you through. You know, the one where they are playing a bodyshop owner who is calling you a worthless piece of shit and saying that you suck as a person. In this role play, you are supposed to appease this b/s owner and make sure you gain his business. All the while, you are forced to feel like a piece of shit. Well, that's what ERAC is all about. You are put into an environment where you are constantly put down by everyone. Customers put you down, your accounts put you down, management puts you down, oh yeah, your friends outside of ERAC (if you have anymore) are making fun of you renting rigs for a living) Is this the environment that makes you feel so passionate about working for?

Back to my point. That's right, you passed your grill and now you are an Ass Man. Congratulations! The reason why you are an ASS MAN is because your fellow compadres wised up and moved on to bigger and better things.

Now, I apologize that I made it sound as if you only make $9.65/hour. You are an Assistant now! Ok, average assistant managers make between $36k - $42k per year. Let's use $39k as a median value. You work an average of 55 hours per week. Let's see. . .that means you are making $14.77/hour including all of your overtime. Ok, let's see what other jobs out there are making $14/hour. . .
-grocery checkers make $16.50/hour and $24.25/hour on Sundays and when working over 40 hours
-A server at your local pub makes around $100 in tips in one night. Add in minimum wage, we are closer to about $17/hour
-remember that salesperson who sold you that cheap ass suit at the Men's Wherehouse. . .definitely is making more money that your pathetic salary.

I apologize. . .some people are passionate for their jobs that most can't understand. I guess you truly enjoy washing rigs and selling dammage waiver for a living.

love always

Chuck Norris was working out in the gym with Googlepts. In an attempt to impress Chuck Norris, Googlepts started to train really hard. When he asked Chuck if he was impressed, Chuck replied with "Weights don't hit back" and broke his neck with a roundhouse.

Google,

your reference to the grill, yes, the ARM's don't test shit about your knowledge, just trying to break you down. Didn't work though, when you prepare yourself for the grill, you just need to make sure you know thats all they are doing. I heard they changed the grill to a different format.

I rarely work 55 hours a week, so your calculation is a bit off. I get your point though that the pay is not really a hell lot. I don't know about the guy at Mens Warehouse though, last time I checked they only get 9.50 an hour with a lousy commission on top.

Washing rigs for a living, you only refer to washing rigs when you talk about ERAC. Come on man, bring on something better than that. And let me ask you this - what is so much better to pack groceries?

Looking forward to get an answer from you soon.
