B7 FOR LIFE, knows who I am and you probably do as well. The new location is great but the office moral sucks. You know what they say, it's the people that make the world of difference. The new B7 crew is struggling with the management team. Since Rock,BA and Mikey left it has never been the same. Hence the old location that consistently pulled 80%+ ESQI. Can't hide the truth with a 3 million dollar new location. hmmmmm shall we go back to the old shit box and truly pull some ESQI or what??? People will continue to drop like flies if something isn't done about pay and overall happiness!!!

Not sure who you are, since I guess youre a new person here on board. If not, give me a hint. But youre right, they will be dropping more and more. Pay sucks, and especially when you have to come in to make any decent money on your days off. Rock is history, and there are rumors out there another one will be pretty soon.

I am happy to give you a hint. I managed 4530,4520,45A4, and hmmmm the infamouse beast. I guess everyone knows who I am now. I'm not bitter at all just a little upset about the way I was managed. I was left to crash and burn! Can you believe area managers are even quitting these days? Hey, I have to admit that Potter is a fricken kick ass manager and he is extremely passionate about being #1. His only problem is that he manages everyone the same. He makes you feel like a piece of shit until you can't take it anymore. Well, I'm sure he will figure it out when Amy HOlly decides to bounce because she can make a ton more money and put up with less shit. Or maybe he will do everyone a favor in region H and learn how to manage various management styles. Regardless, I wish all of the die hard ERACERS luck. YES THERE IS OPPORTUNITY IF YOU CAN HANDLE PUTTING UP WITH BULLSHIT.

How can I stay in touch with you if I don't even know who you are. You worked with me at a couple of branches and now it sounds like you're looking for another job right? I just want to make sure everyone knows that I love ERAC and I believe in the opportunity. You truly can make the most of your career at ERAC. Yes we work a ton of hours but the opportunity is endless if you work hard. It's important that my friends at ERAC know they can call me up and I won't bring you down about the company. You have to do what's best for you. Do what makes you happy! Shit, we only live once and last time I checked, there are a lot of upper management that look tired and warn out. ENJOY YOUR LIFE! ERAC IS NOT THE END OF THE WORLD. But, if you know you have what it takes then go all the way. Really though, I'm not bitter, I'm just happy I finally woke up and realized that I don't have to settle. Look at all of the people in the company that can't go do anything else. My oh My. yes, I was talking about you when I said another one bites the dust. I am sure we will keep in touch, drama is always interesting to be around! As for the New B7. It was impressive new facility, I would have to see it in action and not on a slow sunday afternoon. How is 49 being treated? Should I give them a call and do a check up and let you know?
