Rarely work 55 hours a week, that's because it is more like 60 to 65. Do the math, 7 to at least 6:30 5 days a week = 57 1/2 hours plus a Saturday. A Saturday is 8:30 - 12:30 for another 4. That equals 61 1/2 hours not including any training classes you must present, after hour work events, assisting in required grill study, etc... You know some days you don't leave the branch until 7 and are compelled to arrive at 6:30 on Mondays. I think Google estimated a bit high on his hourly wage and I put it at more like $12 an hour. So that $9.50/hour plus commission Men Wherehouse Salesman you are making fun of is exactly what you are at; $9.50/hour plus commission, which equals $12/hour. BM are at an average of $15/hour. Do the math. Do we want to get into what ARM make per hour? I'll save you the pain. We pay our janitors more and they don't speak a lick of English! Plus they can dress comfortable and are off on weekends.

Ok I fell like crap forcing CDW on some broke women whose welfare check just came in so she can see he 17 year old son who is jail cause he had to “Represent” Puyallup or whatever shit hole town my branch happens to be in. Then when I’m done with that I get to run to some dealer ship and put up slime ball assholes salesman looking down at me cause I have to rape an extra $5 a day out of some pissed off house wife with six 6 kids cause they need a minivan and I brought a KIA. Ok so I’m done with that now I get to drive to some rundown office building and listen to same dickhead tell me how fucking great his business is going and how he is the next big thing and “he did not go to no college” when we get to the office the coke head’s credit card declines now the fucker is pissed at me for running his bullshit Discovery for the hold amount. While I’m explaining to him that this is company policy my ass weasel BM tells him its ok and he will take care of this thus making me out to be the dickhead. Lets not talk about how I woke up at the ass crack of dawn so I could put on my shit bag shirt and tie and scrub kick ass Pontiacs. So if your asking if I like working for Enterprise. My answer is simple Fuck You!

I left the company a while ago but I thought you guys would find this funny. My good friend has recently received a phone call from a recruiter trying to get her to interview with Keith. The funny thing is that the recruiter said she can make 33K to 38K her first year. 2nd year would be between 50k and 60k. This is the big one... 3rd year you can make 70K!!! Shit I didn't even make that until I reached my 6th year with the company. It's no wonder people are quitting left and right. They are already beginning the lying process before you begin your career. C'mon ERAC, this is pretty fucking sad and it's terrible. And you wonder why retention sucks. Might want to consider being honest from the beginning. Unless you're Steve Lawrence who is overpaid, you will never reach these figures. I made 45K my third year with the company. I won't even tell you how shitty I got paid at the biggest branch in our region!! 6th year with the company I made 55K. No I was not pulling shitty numbers Potter and Trackwell so nice try... Just like EVERYONE THAT HAS LEFT, WE DO NOT MISS ERAC ONE BIT!!! I FINALLY HAVE A LIFE AND GET PAID WHAT I DESERVE.

If only you realized the opportunity ERAC provides its employees. Oh yeah, and I do have a new car and I just bought some golf clubs. My mnager's job is next.

Oh yeah I think Rock is hot as a mofo. To bad I didn't lay that bad ass latina mommie. Jake, Mike D, James , and so on I'm glad to hear u all r doing fine. I almost forgot to give Jazz a shout. Jake B7 for life is a classic, Fairbanks ends with K is great. Rockdaboat , u were a great area and a great branch manager to bad u left. I must say that even though B7's ESQI(a joke) is horribly shitty i must say that they have gotten very culturally diverse in the office. it is like all kinds of different people working in there.
