The people that really piss me off are the assholes that don’t realize that there 1983 Deville is not worth the same amount as an Escalade. Every fucking day I pick people up from my local Cadillac dealership that demand I put them in (and let me quote) “Yo let me get Esc”. That would not be a problem if the fuckers worked for something other than a “production company” or had a credit card that is not issued by the state or prepaid. So now I get to explain to the functionally retarded that although there car is in fact a Cadillac it is not worth half the value of the bullshit KIA I pick them up in and Enterpise dose not trust there greasy asses. I don’t know why they would complain with a RIO they can still drive form one corner to the next slanging there yayo and slapping there bitchs from the back seat.

I think that Rock sucked. Whoever the asshole is who thinks she was good needs to get a life. She was my manager at 45b7 and thought she was the queen shit. She would always tell me "you know I love you right? Tell me.... is that harrassing behavior? Thank god my girlfriend never came to b7 to see me. She would have flipped out and left me.

Let' be honest here. I think Rock is a nice person who is admirable for taking on the challenges life has handed her (anyone who knows her understands what I am talking about). But towards the end of her ERAC career (b7 and ARM), she was anything but great. First off, she talked way too much shit to MTs about OTHER MTs. The beast became divided. She either loved you or hated you and made it apparent and for this, the feeling seemed to be mutual. The airport has become a shit stain for HH and the group and it started with her and mike. All to oftern with her shit rolled down hill and anyone in management knows that MTs have enough shit on their plate, they don't need to hear why their manager got drunk and fought one her employees at a bar and why that employee is a bitch and such. Rock's main downfall was her obsessive desire to be liked by her employees instead of being their boss and helping guide their careers. She is a great person and I wish her the best, but she SUCKED as a manager. Then again, ERAC nowadays doesn't really put you in a position to be succesful anyways. ERAC failed her by making her an ARM before she was ready and then allowing her to fail without any real intervention.

I think that Rock was okay as a manager. She did talk a lot of shit about other MT's when I was there. But do you blame her? She was under a ton of stress and she dealt with it the best she could.
