For most of those that post on this site, it is ok that you will never be better than you are right now. It is very difficult to get to the top, or be in the top tier, I get that. You are a great asset to this country, you spend money on your credit cards, you vote, you spend $4 on a coffee 4 times a week. Congratulations, you are average.

It took you 3 interviews to get hired??? I figured out on the first one if I sucked dick the right way I would get hired, and it worked. Hell, it paid off all the way through my 7 year career. Larry said I sucked the best of all his people. Thanks Larry, gee I miss you. By the way, if you go during happy hour, you can get your half caf double decaf latte for only $2!!!

What's with all the hatred towards Fish? As an ARM, he did what he was required to do. Yes, he convinced his employees that ERAC is the best opportunity out there for him/her. He played the game and did what it took to make himself successful at ERAC. Fortunately for him, he realized that he was not living up to his fullest potential by working for ERAC.

From what I gather, he has opened up a mortgage company with his brother and he is the laughing stock in the industry. I think it takes some serious balls to do something like that. You open up any sort of business, you can't expect to get the same return right off the bat. I do believe that the most successful people out there right now are the ones who took a chance, said fuck it, and ran his/her own business. When you are put into a position where you are forced to perform, you will make it happen because you have no other choice. In that Fish was able to make it in ERAC as far as an ARM, I can't imagine that he is one to throw in the towl when times are tough.

So for all you current ERACers, how is your life so much better. Are you sincerely happy with the choice that you made working for this corporation? If someone quits and runs into a few hurdles along the way with a new.career, does it make you feel better? Newsflash. . .washing rigs for a living is not much to be proud of. Especially when it is for 9.65/hour. Cheers!
