The Holiday Party is actually just one big gigantic "elite" dinner where everyone can go even if they haven't earned that many points.

As usual their gifts were cheap. Nothing special, and half of it was gone even before you could go online and order them. This proves it again - they don't care about their employees. And the Casino Theme, yes its for real, they are doing some cheap ass casino shit. Bet they will have the big wigs playing against the poor MT's and take their money away. God I hate this company, need to find something new and get the hell out.

Pharmaceuticals is challenging to get into, but they tend to be interested in Erac employees due to how hard they know we all work. Upper management may tell you it is an unstable industry, but it's just another one of their scare tactics. Pharmaceuticals is one of the largest and most profitable industries in the world-much more so than car rentals. If you're looking to get out, I suggest getting in touch with one of these individuals-I'm sure any one of them would be happy to refer you and get you involved in a much more lucrative opportunity working for a truly professional company devoid of this quasi-high-school gossip. Pharmaceuticals is where Eracers work when they're all grown up--those who finally do grow up, anyway.
Hey thanks I appreciate the help. I will get into contact with one of them.

Shame shame...no moderation please :)

No need to validate his post with a response...people who read it will take it for what it's worth.

wow i havent been on this site in months and it is amazing to see how many more posts there are today. In response to gp45sucks remarks about me having an extra 15 hours and not being successful at Countrywide. To the hours... its great not only do i get an extra 15 hours, but I can take days off and even vacations.... and Secondly, I will gladly compare my commission checks to those of top producing assistants any day of the week.... Just because I'm not a top producer at Countrywide doesn't mean I don't make a commission check... I grossed over 3k the past 4 months and over 4k the past two.... I know I'm not makin 10k a month, but I highly doubt your area manager is either. My year to date at CW in 9 months greatly exceeds what I made in one full year at erac... so you may say I'm not successful, hey you could be right, but I'm way happier.... Oh btw I've done a loan for a branch manager and you'd be surprised as to what they really make.... Don't buy into all the lies

There's no doubt that you can make more money outside of ERAC. People just refute what you say james R. because you were an ass at ERAC and no one like you.
