with an average rate of over $40 you would think they would take care of the account that brings in some money over the other months that are not summer, but I could be wrong. HA HA

I was left to crash and burn! Can you believe area managers are even quitting these days? Hey, I have to admit that Potter is a fricken kick ass manager and he is extremely passionate about being #1. His only problem is that he manages everyone the same. He makes you feel like a piece of shit until you can't take it anymore. Well, I'm sure he will figure it out when Amy HOlly decides to bounce because she can make a ton more money and put up with less shit. Or maybe he will do everyone a favor in region H and learn how to manage various management styles. Regardless, I wish all of the die hard ERACERS luck. YES THERE IS OPPORTUNITY IF YOU CAN HANDLE PUTTING UP WITH BULLSHIT.
Still don't know who you are. The only managers I know from 4520 are Jan Wooten and Erikk Larson. I guess I'm not long enough with the company. Potts for sure is a interesting character, and he cares about being #1 all time, hence his listings every week over the printer. Amy leaving, wow, after her boytoy Kevin left, I thought she will stay since that was the reason he left. Interesting.

The new b7 is not a bad set up. Peter set it up pretty nice. I know I was in there on a slow day, but there was not much energy, I suppose people were places and it was slow, but.. who knows. It is the people who make or break the branch, energy is so important. Especially in that job. Anyway, I am sure I have mentioned that before.

I heard that Sennert is fkg an AM in HH right now.
how are you doing at the gas station, still making your $8?hr loser. sorry it was your spouse we were cheating on.

So rockdaboat3 is Peter B? Never met that guy. so you like the new Beast? I think its really nice. But yeah youre right on the part where everybody has to give their best daily to get the ESQI to a good level aka min. 80. And there are a lot of people lately who used it just to look for a new job during the days off.

WOW, do u honestly think rockdaboat3 is Peter B? 49 is often forgotten because no one know how to run it ever since Cheryl and James left. IT HAS NEVER BEEN THE SAME!!!!!!!!!!!

As I mentioned before, I'm not that long with the company to know older managers from 4520, the only ones I know are Jan and Erik, A4 had a high switch rate lately. So give me some kind of hint for people who are with the company less than a year.
4549 is not taken care of fulltime, maybe that will change soon. There are rumors that one MT will take care of this.

That's how it should be. One or two people need to switch on and off to make those accounts happy down there at 49. It's so important to have an ERACer's face down there at least during the days, I myself witnessed Hertz, Avis, and Budget reps all come down there with deals for Galvin/Clay Lacy that were pretty competitive to what we were offering (though we all know, as did Galvin and Clay Lacy there's no way any one of them could deliver on what they were promising...but enticing nonetheless). Without that ERAC presence, it's easier to want to discard us and go with someone else.
