Rockdaboat-I was a little shocked when I head you quit, Jerry Leviton almost crapped his pants. But he's a big time Account Manager who couldn't hack it in rental. So was all that hard work worth it. Did being an area manager really suck seeing as though it is touted like the best job in the world, except that there's been 3 area managers to quit in the last year. I hope you are doing ok, and you have a good job...Best regards-James fairbanks you held on far too long, too bad i'm still with the co. but who knows what will happen in the future-gotta run, i gota go in to work tomorrow, enjoy you weekend everyone, I won't I work for enterprise

Dude, you have a choice, if you don't like it, get out. There's other avenues, if you hate rental, try something in admin...if you hate ERAC, then find a different job. I know they don't give us much time to do our own thing (like research jobs and interview), but that's what choice time days are for.

A piece of advice, don't post resumes on moster...that will come back to bite you in the ass, trust me.

Why is anyone shocked about R.V. quitting? She has been on the fence for years and was never qualified for an area manager spot. I am just surprised Potter left her out to dry like that. I seem to remember Potter and R.V. being inseparable when she was the manager of 4520. Of course, Potter has been known to throw the positive spin on several people who suck. Remember Sabey's promotion from 4530 to 4516? Crash and burn!

Hmmm, kind of funny that someone out there isn't strong enough to reveal who they are. I wasn't qualified for an area spot? Wow, last time I checked we have soooo many awesome people out there that actually gave a shit about employee development. Me leaving will cause enough chaos for the region. It already has! Oh by the way, guaranteed the jealous little bitch that made this last comment is either level 3 or someone that was passed up by be sooooo many times you can't stand it. Hmmmmm Potter it was either you or one of your little bitches in the region that couldn't get ahead by spending late nights with you... Peace out!

In response to Unregistered that asked me if it was really worth it. Well, shit I don't know since it seems like somone thinks I wasn't qualified. No really, only someone who I hurt by leaving (Potter, Level 3,4 or someone I passed up) thinks we don't know the honest truth. I wasn't qualified to handle the cult any longer. I am no longer brain washed and I am extremely happy. I can go home and sleep at night for a change. Me quitting should be no surprise since I got tired of feeding my people in my area bullshit. The money is great but the abuse you have to encounter is not worth it. By the way, if you aren't in with the little clicks that take place at that level and above, you will definitely sink. So I was not cut out to be an area manager is right!!! I am in a class of my own. I am a better person and I have a lot more to offer a company that truly values their people and not the retention #. Oh and unregistered, I planned on keeping the negative to myself but thanks for brining it out of me. It certainely has been therapeutic! Please Please continue to tell me and the rest of the region why I sucked so bad!! Soo many people will believe you, you fricken coward!! Have fun being married to the big E and living a lonely fucking life... Do you need me to continue???

well, i dont blame him because there is alot of money to be made in pharmaceuticals with our experience!!!!!!!! Oh but wait a minute, I'm sure somone out there will make it a point to comment on his inability to work in rental. Funny how people want to put others down for leaving. The fools are obviously brain washed. Once again, there is more to life than ERAC.

The Rock is on fire ladies and gentleman! Hey now I know who you are, and I was surprised too, at least a little. Last time at Elite I saw you being very tired, which tells a lot. I'm not judging if youre qualified for the Area spot or not, this is not my job to do. I thought you were a good person though, and I guess there comes the issue to work. Not everyone who is a good person is good for this job, since you have to be an a**hole on more than one occasion. And quite frankly, you didn't seem to be that hole. The Region is a little shaken up with the late quittings, Brandon left too. And I have heard of one maybe two other assistants being on the verge of getting out. I wish you all the best for your future, and I hear you, sleeping at night is a good thing:)

Chris 45, I wish you all the best as well. I am being really harsh when I say that people are brain washed or have to put up with bullshit to survive. I just think people need to do what's best for them. I had a great 6 years with the company. I did have a lot of support so for me to put ERAC down and say I hated it would be a lie. There is a lot of opportunity with ERAC. Everyone just needs to remember that your happiness is number 1. If you love ERAC then kick ass and push yourself to RVP and above. If you dislike it and it's not working for you and your family and you tried to overcome your challenges then that's another thing. Reach out to your area managers if you have a good relationship with them. Remember, it's all about you and not what Hoges, Rock, Peter B, Eric V, chose to do. Just because you see level 3 people leave does not mean it's the wrong path for you. It just was no longer the right path for us. If you're and MT, I have to say that you need to reach out and give it time before you bounce. If you can't do this then that's one thing. Don't get influenced by this site. Make your own decisions! I made my decision for me and others leaving had nothing to do with it. BE HAPPY BABE!

I like that babe thing:) Seriously, I think that leaving in higher level is part of the deal, Lee Iacocca left Chrysler while everything was working well. I think I could do well at a higher level, just need to get there. Too bad that I never had the chance to work with you close enough to experience the Rock. I like you as far as I had contact with you, maybe more than just professional level. But besides that, yeah youre right, I'm not influenced by this site. there are too many people who are whining about everything no matter what.
