Any GP45'ers Out There?

Lets face it the Rock didn't have numbers in her area, and thats whats lacking. So stop defending her, she didn't bring the numbers up, and she knew that this is the measurement. So no whining here!!!

Lets see how Amy will perform in this area, will be a huge thing to get 4523 back on track. Numbers are unfortunately the only thing you get measured, nothing else. Doesn't matter if youre a good person or anything else. We'll see how the new area manager on the peninsula will do, hard to get to the same level as Amy.

I think Amy is going to kick ass and take names. She is the best!!! I wish her all the mad skill in the world. And I for one will miss her.

The reason I never got promoted? It could have been my crapy sales, could have been my unmotivated work ethic, could have been that I was a lazy piece of crap. It all depends on who you ask. Everyone has a different opinion. You will believe what you want to believe. As for my own opinion, it was my own fault. I looked around at what conditions were above me. What the differene in pay was and how many hours they put in and what their rewards were. T&E lucnh as an assistant? whoopty doo. The struggles of assistants in the winter at B7 before they went to the new pay structure? If I was going to be promoted, would they want me at a local branch or only B7?
There are some motivating factors to leaving. If you were to ask, you might find out for yourself. Ask most of the people that have left recently or even a little while ago. Are they more happy? Are the people that are being promoted into the spots that are vacated more happy? Everything is just a big cycle. Look at the big picture, are you happy where you are?

It amazes me that GP45 has the most posts on it besides C2. What does that tell you about this group? Did you get an outstanding achievment award this year after having 56 people leave region HH last year? From what I hear, you may have another record year, just in lack of retention of employees. At least from rumors that I hear.
