I know for a fact he is done. Done, done, done, done. He is going to a much better job to make more money and live a MUCH happier post-erac life. He is officially detached from the matrix.

They already took Trackwells name off of Ralph look it up when you go in tomorrow. It is pretty sad when your groups biggest branch manager(besides the airport) and biggest area manager quit like on the same day. Why that doesn't make me want to stay with the company and get promoted.

Yeah good for him. My big question is why have 3 Area Manager's (Fish, Rock, Trackwell) quit if the job is so "ideal." They build it up as if it's the next best thing since sliced bread. They say you will make so much money, work 40 hours, and have weekends off. Let me inform you on something; THAT IS WHAT A NORMAL JOB OFFERS! I didn't have to slave and waste 5 years of my life getting here. I really doubt he would throw away $100,000 / year job just like that. More proof of the Erac propaganda. I know we just got our W-2's and maybe someone could really prove what an Area Manager really makes. What industry is he going into? I heard mortagages, but that's where 99% of Eracers go. Who is in line for the spot? Eddie Burdsall?

Most likely Quang duc Dang will get the spot. He's been with the company long enough. Just kidding.

In a school just outside of Pittsburgh, a first grade teacher explained
to her class that she is a Steeler's fan. She asked her students to raise
their hands if they were Steeler's fans too. Not really knowing what a Steeler's fan was, but wanting to be liked by their teacher, their hands all went up into the air. However, there was one exception. A little boy
named Timmy had not gone along with the crowd. The teacher asked him why he had decided to be different ... "Because I am not a Steeler's fan" says Timmy. The teacher then asked, "What are you?" Timmy said "I'm a Seahawk's fan." The teacher was a little perturbed now, her face slightly red, she asked Timmy why he was a Seahawk's fan. "Well, my mom and dad are Seahawk's fans so I'm a Seahawk's fan too." The teacher was now angry. "That's no reason" she says loudly. "What if your mom was a moron and your dad was an idiot?" Timmy smiled and said, "Then I'd be a Steeler's fan."

How could I have forgotten? Ok. . .let me give you a hint. It's the one day of the week that you look forward to most. Insurance Monday is always rough and you may have went 1 for 10. From Tuesday - Thursday, you have had your ups and downs between sellups and DW. And you may have had a crappy marketing day where your service writers tried to completely ignore you when you were dropping off doughnuts. See, they were expecting pizza and you let them down. Not to worry, because tomorrow holds to be much bigger and brighter day. Are you ready? Here we go...One. . .Two. . .Three. . .What day is it? It's F_ _ _ L _ _ _ F _ _ _ _ _
