Any GP45'ers Out There?

Yes I will probably grill before I find a new job but grilling doesn't mean too much around here. Who wants to get promoted to assistant manager and work more hours with more responsibility and the same amount of pay. Like someone already answered Danielle is still around but I think this is her last month. I feel sorry for the people she has to work with next.

You are right, grilling doesn't mean too much since there are these intangibles, which means they judge you however they want. AM gets a little bit more than an MA, so its not that bad. Is it perfect? Of course not.
So you are leaving soon? Too bad....

Is she already schmoozing up to a manager at a different branch? She always did that before with bailey and madison

Is that true that Meador left? By the way, It cracks me up that someone had the nerve to bitch about Rocks numbers. She was one of the few managers that truly gave a shit about us at ERAC. How can you say it was her numbers when she only was around for 3 months. If trackwell didn't run that area into the ground she might have stayed. oh and look at the shitty managers she was dealt. Don't diss on the Rock, she was someone that put her heart and soul into ERAC. I wish her luck. I hear that she's makings some serious cash in pharmaceuticals. The girls got game fellas! Kim Morgan at 24????C'mon, hmmm are we trying to salvage our retention in HH or what.

I currently work at the airport. Is amy still kissing ass and fooling everyone or what? Don't kid yourself, she knows exactly what to say to get what she wants. Other people aren't very good at the politics. Hmmm Eddie get the hell out of ERAC while you can. They put you at 21 to save our retention in the group. Oh and I hear a few more managers are on their way out. Way to go Fish! You caused a fricken chain reaction and woke a ton of people up. I'm about ready to bounce myself. The airport sucks since a certain female manager quit running the airport and quit the company.Wow a lot of promotions and I'm supposed to be a happy assistant that realized we are getting opportunity because half of our region is quitting. We need a few people back that left. C'mon, why are we losing a good people????

I guess I don't understand. . .you say that you are on the verge of quitting yet you state that we need a few people back that have recently quit. The reason why people are quitting is because they found better opportunities in perhaps a different industry. It's funny that when I was an employee for ERAC, it was such a big deal when any employee decided to move on with his or her life and quit their job. In reality, people move on and its really not that big of a deal.

Trackwell run the show down, but Rock didn't put too much effort in to save this. To put everything on her side is too easy, but I guess thats ERAC.

Kim Morgan @ 24 - one of the worst decisions. Immature and not qualified, unless you count getting drunk on every ERAC function qualified. Retention is big, but the picture you paint with this specific way is not productive for your people.

I think I know who you are. Amy fooled everyone and always will. I guess it helps a lot to be hot and good looking and schmooze Potter. Eddie to 21 was a weak move, I guess good for him since he doesn't have to put up with all the shit people were giving him, right Steve L.? There will be more people leaving because of him.
Promotions are good, but honestly, I don't see too many managers leaving soon, too much opportunity soon.
