No, Greg still works there. And he's being pushed back into rental or quitting because they don't like his attude. Poor guy has worked there longer than the other 4 employees combined. The remaining 4 employees can't even do 1/4 the callbacks he can. The way the inhouse at 12US works is callbacks are broken down by bodyshop, and you'll have to figure out which emplyee is responsible for that bodyshop. I recomend calling Kim Smith, she's the sales and marketing manager, and leads that, and all Colorado based inhouse operations. She's a real peice of work and will probably blame USAA for being behind, but it's really ERAC's fault for high turnover. Seriously though, e-mail workes better than calling inhouse, they're swamped. It's really is ERAC's fault for being so behind, and I would have your AREA/City manager contact Kim directly about files that are way behind. FYI, I used to work all GP45's A/R and now you guys are fucked trying to callect 60 and 90 day A/R. I was at that operation for almost 3 years and worked with a total of 5 different employees in an operation that only need 4 people. The only way to get results is to climb higher up and go to the sales and marketing manager <branch 12AS>. GP45 is the second highest money generator for rentals next to Colorado due to your high military population. The reason I "got quit" is because I told USAA about how far behind my boss was on his callbacks and the reason you guys are so far behind is because none of your USAA inhouse employees <with the exception of Greg> has worked there for less than one year. Good luck and fuck you Steve Gormley!
