I never heard this from Raquel. Someone said they saw them making out at B7. This was told to me after Rock left the company and she never said anything. Rock is old news but it's funny how she thought nobody knew what she was doing with some of her girls. Rock was coo cool though. Miss the many coo nights hanging out with that lady. If ERAC didn't allow so much of their money to be spent of T&E's, maybe situations like this wouldn't have happened with Raquel and her home girls.

Ok, I am new to ERAC. I think I have heard both good and bad things about this Raquel chick. Wasn't she from a long time ago. Heard she was cool for the most part. Anyway, let's talk about people that are with the company these days. I want to know if I made the right decision to begin a career here. My Area Manager Amy is pretty cool!

Does this really surprise you. How many Area Managers have gotten to that level and have hated it? It's not all it's cracked up to be trust me. Who wants Larry and Potter yelling at them all day long for $75K a year. You an make so much more doing something else. Trust me I do and I make more than being an Area Manager. Amy can do better! Is she still with Kevin? He is such a woman.

Last I heard in May she told me that she and Kevin broke up he was cheating!! Kevin in a dumbass, Amy is a great girl and really helped me out in my career at ERAC. Not only that, she is a great friend, and really does care about her people!! I have no hard feelings about the company. There are many great people there, and I loved my job!! Amy is by far one of the best area managers I had!! And as far as Rock goes, I hope she is doing really well. She and I worked together several times. She was my Asst, and later also my manager. I really did like her!! I just think she got promoted before she was ready and to much pressure was put on her. It's to bad because although some of her back end skills were lacking, her employee development was really good. She new how to motivate her people!!

You are lucky to have Amy as an Area Manager, I loved her!!! Don't let what everyone says on this site get you down about your job!!! If you were recently hired I am sure you were given a very clear picture of what your day looks like. I know its not the most glamourous job, but if you work hard and get promoted it gets better and better. I worked there for 8 years and although I had my ups and downs I really miss it. The people are awesome, and all my upper management really supported me with work like balance. Its not easy, but they really did support me. This job is obviously not for everyone, but there are a lot of great things about ERAC!!! The important thing to remember is to reach out and ask for help if you need it!!!
