I am sorry you feel that way!!! I had ups and downs, but when I needed help I always knew I could reach out. People like Amy, Jenn Andriensen, and yes even Steve Lawrence were always there for me. There are many things I dont like about ERAC, but I really do miss the people!! I can say that I think that some people did get screwed, but that was just not my experience. ERAC bent over backwards to help me out!!! No other compnay would have given me as much support, and flexability!! Sorry you experence was shit, but mine wasn't!!! |

Great stepping stone into a career and that's it. I miss the people and the partying. Where's Fairbanks? Becky Carrell? |

| I just saw Trackwell stuffing his face with a Big Mac and washing it down with a chocolate shake over by 24. |

| That guy thought he was so cool! I couldn't stand him. He was one of the worst Area Managers out there. What a loser. I honestly think Potter was an awesome Area Manager. I haven't seen a great Area Manager since he got promoted. He got promoted and scared away the best Area Managers with his level of intesity. Trackwell was such a jerk. He threw his weight around. Really, he did! |

| At many times, people on this thread have mentioned how it is surprising that Lawrence was fired years ago for his unethical behavior. It is funny--when I left ERAC a few years ago, I had an exit interview with Jenn Hall. During this meeting, I described in detail all of the unethical behavior I witnessed at 2 branches he managed. Jenn asked what I expected to be done about this, and I replied "Nothing." That was not the first time the issue was raised to her, so I honestly did not expect anything to happen to him. I am so happy that I am out of ERAC, because apparently nothing has changed. Oh, and by the way, I hear the United Way campaigns are going on right now. So glad I am not being pressured from my manager and ARM to give some of my already underpaid wages to a crooked company like United Way. Even in the past few years, some of the top executives at United Way were caught misusing donations. But then again, I guess ERAC and United Way are two of the same types of companies. I wonder...any kickbacks coming to Andy from United Way? Wouldn't be surprised... |
