I know its not the most glamourous job, but if you work hard and get promoted it gets better and better. I worked there for 8 years and although I had my ups and downs I really miss it. The people are awesome, and all my upper management really supported me with work like balance. Its not easy, but they really did support me. This job is obviously not for everyone, but there are a lot of great things about ERAC!!! The important thing to remember is to reach out and ask for help if you need it!!!
8 years and you miss it? What are you - fucking stupid??? What the hell is wrong with you? Amy sucks - only dick!!! Lawrence - leave that clown alone will ya, ain't worth it. Rock - she was hot but not ready for the challenge. Fucks like hell though, trust me. And Potter is a douche, everyone knows that. Amy helps you only when it benefits her, bottom line. Overall to say ERAC is a nice jumpstart, but thats about it. They don't help you if you are down, trust me I speak from experience. They let me fall all the way before kicking me out (Amy thanks a lot). So wake up and don't tell people on here how great this fucking company is. SHIT!!!

RIGHT ,,, sink or swim in the green pool...you can reach for help but no one is going to save you, its everyone from himself..thats obvious by the losers who have worked for the company for more than 5 years.

I am sorry you feel that way!!! I had ups and downs, but when I needed help I always knew I could reach out. People like Amy, Jenn Andriensen, and yes even Steve Lawrence were always there for me. There are many things I dont like about ERAC, but I really do miss the people!! I can say that I think that some people did get screwed, but that was just not my experience. ERAC bent over backwards to help me out!!! No other compnay would have given me as much support, and flexability!! Sorry you experence was shit, but mine wasn't!!!

Steve Lawrence helpful? You got to be kidding me? He is the most selfish person I have ever met, in any of my jobs. Amy will push you or help you only if it will help her. Jenn is helpful, but the two others aren't. A lot of people get screwed, and this will never change. And the Rock - she was nice to have fun with, don't know about her capability as an Area Manager.

I totally agree with you. Why is Steve still with the company? Amy will always be out for herself. The Rock was a superstar until she became Area Manager. She was not ready for that and she probaby would have stayed around if Potter and Larry wouldn't have screwed her. Why allow the Peninsula to be ran by Amy. She didn't have to do shit. It ran itself.

Great stepping stone into a career and that's it. I miss the people and the partying. Where's Fairbanks? Becky Carrell?

Does Amy really like her job? Let's be real. It pays the bills but that's it. What ever happened to Trackwell or shall I say fatty mc fat fat. Is he still with Shawn Clifford. Both had major issues.

I just saw Trackwell stuffing his face with a Big Mac and washing it down with a chocolate shake over by 24.

That guy thought he was so cool! I couldn't stand him. He was one of the worst Area Managers out there. What a loser. I honestly think Potter was an awesome Area Manager. I haven't seen a great Area Manager since he got promoted. He got promoted and scared away the best Area Managers with his level of intesity. Trackwell was such a jerk. He threw his weight around. Really, he did!

Lets keep it simple as Larry likes to say - Amy is only out for herself. Is that douche Kevin still with her? Or did she finally got the call and kick him out? Trackwell sucked, everyone knows that. Cliffy should suck him too. Wooten is a nice guy, but far too scared of upper management. And the Rock was a nice piece, thats it! Lawrence should have been fired a while ago, according to the ERAC standard he violated the ethical behaviour. But that tells you how much ERAC really looks out for it - not at all!

At many times, people on this thread have mentioned how it is surprising that Lawrence was fired years ago for his unethical behavior. It is funny--when I left ERAC a few years ago, I had an exit interview with Jenn Hall. During this meeting, I described in detail all of the unethical behavior I witnessed at 2 branches he managed. Jenn asked what I expected to be done about this, and I replied "Nothing." That was not the first time the issue was raised to her, so I honestly did not expect anything to happen to him. I am so happy that I am out of ERAC, because apparently nothing has changed.

Oh, and by the way, I hear the United Way campaigns are going on right now. So glad I am not being pressured from my manager and ARM to give some of my already underpaid wages to a crooked company like United Way. Even in the past few years, some of the top executives at United Way were caught misusing donations. But then again, I guess ERAC and United Way are two of the same types of companies.

I wonder...any kickbacks coming to Andy from United Way? Wouldn't be surprised...
