I don't credit ERAC with my work ethic, but I learned a lot from ERAC!! Dawn, I really think that is great that you are enjoying being a stay at home mom in Germany. I know that when you "decided" to move there and leave enterprise that it was a chance for your family. I also know that you were loyal to enterprise and defend the people (or family as you think of them here I'm sure) with that same loyality. However, I think all of your comments need to be taken with a grain of salt considering you didn't leave for another job. Your eyes really haven't seen what else is out there for people with enterprise experience.

dawn was money??? are you serious??? Just because she had her head so far up Heidi's ass?? She cared more about getting into peoples personal business than running a business. If Ron and cedric can crush her numbers then she wasn't doing a very good job. Come on Ron is quitting he doesn't even care and Cedric is a moron so that means Dawn is just fat!

Ron is leaving? What is he going to do? Flipping burgers? Dawn was alright, helped me to get promoted. But you have one valid argument - she's fat! Heidi's gone too.

Wow, thanks for telling me i'm fat I had no idea!!! What ever, People always brought their personal business to me. Besides I really did care about the people that I worked with!!! Many of those people were my friends, and I was just trying to help. Not sure why you think I was up Heidis ass, she was by far the one area manger I did not see eye to eye with. By the way I hope Ron did crush my numbers considering it was summer time, and I ran 42 during the winter months. Anyways it doesn't really matter if the worst thing you can say about me is i'm fat, i'm not to worried!!!

Hey DD, I haven't been on this stupid site in a while. Actually since I left 2 years-ago. So I was out with Fairbanks and a few other old ERAC people. Your name came up. I have to say that you were always there for your people and you truly helped me hold it down at B7. I grew up while managing that place and you really gave me suggestions to run that place better. We alway knew B7 would struggle once you got promoted and from what I hear it did. I of course got promoted to Area Manager when I was not ready and I'm not afraid to admit that. We rocked the house with employee development, motivation and ESQI. I had the best numbers to get promoted but was by far not ready. Anyway, I hope you're well and enjoying your new life. Ignore what stupid comments people say. How lame to call someone fat, ugly, a slut. People need to grow up. Take care DD.

Could this be Rock? I heard you were out with a few ERAC people the other day. You hiring? Hey, I do agree that DD did well at B7. Dang, someone is really cruel to call her fat like that. That person must be pretty unhappy with their job at ERAC. Too sad!

well i wouldn't say calling you fat is the worst thing i could say about you. i would say the getting into peoples personal business is worse. so you didn't work at 42 last october i guess i better get my facts straight or maybe its you. thats interesting someone would say i don't like my job at enterprise when they don't even work there anymore. i wasn't trying to be cruel anyway. more funny really. im sure i made someone besides myself smile.

DD back to you, you helped me to get to the next level, so I hold no grudge against you. Didn't always appreciate the way you handled things, but I liked you.
