I personally think on experience, that Jochan is very very qualified for this position, so hopefully someone will promote him:)

And unfortunately, that is the company that you are working for. There are many qualified people who "should" be promoted, but they are not marketing themselves to the right people. I don't even know who Kim is, but she is playing the game right. Amy and Raquel did. I'm not saying that they are bad managers, but not by any means were they the greatest gift to management that any company has ever seen. Everyone who is in a management position at ERAC played the same game to some degree. Do I agree with this philosophy? Absolutely not; however, I soon realized that this was the company I am working for and I have to play by Andy's rules. Fortunately, I made the hardest decision in my life to quit after quite a few years with the company and saw that there was a better and much more rewarding life outside of ERAC. Anyways, I'm going outside to wash my rig.

I think he is a year here. Worked with him, and he seems to do a good job, at least goes to Elite. I think there are people out there who have a high potential, but not the standing within the company. And some women know how to play their card, nice looking and use this as their advantage. Holly Geez, I have not been on here in a while. For a while, I thought it was the James and Chris show. That is too bad for Meador to get sucked back in. Especially if he doesn't like his job, I know he has a family and all, I suppose you have to look at the bigger picture sometimes. As for B7, I know a few people left there, I have no idea how they are doing with the new facility and all. Did the new place help moral? I popped in there about a week after it opened. It was a nice joint, but nobody looked like they were having any fun. Anyway, I hope some of the people that I still know at ERAC are having some fun somewhere. Funny thing, I will be renting a car soon, I backed into a tree. Eh, I am not sure I will know anyone to get the hook up in NN. Let see if I can work the poor MT that gets me

new erac gossip. . .For people who are old school. Just found out Verbois got popped to RVP in Cali. Anyone out there who can confirm this. I must say, he was the one manager I worked for that deserved all of the credit he got. A bad ass manager and I must say I'm happy to hear that he made RVP within 15 years of his career. Go ERAC!!!!!! Wait, that's going too far.

Verboise got popped before I left the company to Cali. He is definitely a kick ass manager that deserved this promo. Chris, you mentioned not wanting to work for Amy. Well, let me tell you that it's an area managers job to get their people promoted. If your current area manager doesn't have the balls to step up and fight for your intangibles then i'm sorry. Meaning your numbers speak for themselves but then your intangibles come in to play. Who have you trained and developed. Who have you mentored and who has improved in their game because of you. Hmmm where is your area manager and why in the hell aren't they teaching and training you to do these things? By the way, this wasn't directed toward you specifically. I for one didn't necessarily agree with Amy's ass kissing but she always fights for her people and I respect that about her. She has game and you probably would enjoy working for her. Heidi is another rockstar and not just because she's a chick! So Chris, I find out at 3pm today if I get this pharma position. They are paying for me to relocate. As for my work ethic, well I don't blame you for questioning it. I was much better than that and I knew it. But I am much happier now and I don't regret my decision. Keep your head up! As for Amy - she is still fooling everyone in HH. She might do a good job, but the way she is pushing people doesn't seem to be a good way, especially since she always pushes her people ad doesn't care too mch about others. I'm not sure if I want to work for her. But thats just me.
Yeah its sad that you didn't put the right effort into the area, which made me question your work ethic, since I know youre better than that. Even when youre unhappy (like me now) you should do your best job. If youre not able to do, go right away, don't wait. I am still on top of my game, even I am not the happiest person. Anyone reading this CAN accomplish anything you want to.....so do not let erac tell you that you cant......I left about four years ago and never looked back. My life instantly improved....less time at work (FAR LESS) more money....a life again......Erac is a brillant scam truely caring more about bottom line than their employee's. Erac could be a great place to work however upper management doesn't care about making enterprise a better place to work...How do I know this..Well....Why do they continue to loose GREAT people.....Because they take FAR more than they give.....

If your are a M.T. there do yourself the biggest favor you will every do for yourself......GET OUT as soon as you can, and show yourself some self respect....ERAC does not care about you at all and the funniest part about it is they tell you that they do.....It's all B.S.....Management job is to sell you while you sell damage waiver to line their pockets...Management should be ashamed of what they are doing to you but why would they care when they make $ 300,000.00 plus and your making $ 35,000.00 plus and you are doing all the work...sound like a great idea for....but not a great idea for you....We all make our choices......I guess your choice is to work for ERAC....again congratulations for choosing a JOB (Not a career) that completely strips your life away from you and gives you absolutely nothing in return....again great choice.....
