Who cares about the moves? The truth is we want to know who quit. Rumor has it Ron Murphy strong armed out by Chris Potter. "Quit or be fired." Murphy was a stand up guy. Who was as loyal as the best ERAC employee. It just goes to show you that after 15 years Larry and Chris really haven't learned anything but how to manage by fear and insults. Wake up HH employees!! The other regions in your group win awards, you are being held back from the top down and not being taught properly! Your poor Middle (Area) Managers are not to blame! Steve Lawrence does not manage the way he does because he is a bad person. He manages that way because that is the way he has been taught to manage, and it is the way he is managed. Success is followed from the top down, and there is little success or hope at the top of this management pyramid in region 45hh.

Sounds like you are from HH, so you must have some very valuable inside information. Ron Murphy strong armed out by the douche Potter? C'mon, this would be only happening if they have a true reason to fire him, otherwise he would sue Potter. So don't play the blame game on them. Lawrence sucks, 100% agreed upon. HH in general needs some overhaul at the top, but that ain't going to happen. Lawrence is cashing in 450k, and Potter is doing the dirty work for him. You need to wake up buddy.
