Alright people, time to wake up in western WA. What will it take for you guys? Potter is lying in your face, you are not getting promoted regardless what your ARM says (unless he is Steve Lawrence), and they will screw you over big time. What will it take you fuckers? Enterprise sucks they make all this money and still pay their work horses like shit. I dread going to work every single day and honestly feel lied to. Hustling nice people out of their hard earned money is really hard but pretty much mandatory. I have learned that enterprise is the easiest company in the world to manipulate for smart customers who know that esqi is KING. I've seen it way too many times. There are customers who walk in your store shit on you and get a better rate on their rental then you could ever get as an employee. Then to top it off they say fuck your waiver and decline everything, which causes your manager to preach to you how your not selling hard enough even though you are the top seller. It is funny to me how everyone says they are learning to run their own business but don't have the courage or smallest ambition to start their own!! WTF is that about? Quit sucking the Taylor family's balls and create your own fucking legacy that is what life is about. It's not abut benefits and sick days, its about making your mark on the world not hustling fucking people wit rental cars and contributing to polluting the Earth. Billion dollar company calling hybrid cars exotic for higher rates is an example of fucking money grubbing cock suckers. The fucked up part is enterprise actually treats customers the best out of other rental companies they just shit on employees. The truth is once your bid as an Mt is over you become a lazy fuck who prays on recent college grads to get you promoted. I see stand up top notch guys get dumped on constantly by lazy asst managers, some who aren't even college grads.

You are absolutely right about this, especially with ERAC screwing over their employees first. The last change in Employee rentals - talk about a hike in pricing. Discounts of retail rates, but Mr. Customer gets a lot better rates as long as he bitches about it. What a joke this is. What makes me wonder, why are you still working there then? Do like me and my friends - get the heck out!!!! Life is so much better

I wonder if fukgp45 is someone w/ initials JG. I'm an asst mgr in GP45 and pretty much ready to say fukgp45 too. Tired of bustin my ass and getting shit for respect or pay. harder work less pay seems to be how it is going and i'm looking elsewhere. cant deal with it anymore.

JG? I think they are JR. If you are an Asst. Mgr. in HH, then you better get something else for your qualifications, look who recently left/got fired/forced out. C'mon, you still don't see the light? I love coming back to this website after a couple of months to read the bullshit going on at the ERAC. As long as there are fresh college grads looking for the "corporate" job where you can where a tie and either a blue or white shirt, ERAC will have employees. If your reading this thinking "dude, your right", get the hell out. Life can't be that bad not working for ERAC. And if your reading this saying, "Dude, your an idiot" you drank the juice and all ready infected. Again I love coming to this website to read people bitch about thier jobs. I will come back in a couple of months so make any comments good please and let the "bitchin flood gates" ride!!!!! Preferably from an Area Manager or better yet good ol' potts!
