Amy fights for her people, but she does it more in a way 'I tell you how good my MT/MA is and how much better they are', at least thats whats coming across. Heidi is awesome, youre right. Talked to her at Elite once, very smart woman. In general, I don't care if my boss is female or male, but honesty and taking care of your people is high on my list. I have to agree. That is truly awesome leadership in that she was number one in getting her peeps washing some rigs with pride. That's right, her people washed rigs with fire, passion and desire!

I want to make something clear to the dipshit that has been with the company for 5 years and has the balls to put management down. Hmmm why are you still with the company? I did mess around with a few guys back in my day but Mike was not one of them. Meaning, it was wrong for me to get sucked in to the slutty ERAC ways back when I was a stupid assistant at 21 but I'm not a homewrecker because he is married. Oh and thanks for the props you gave me for getting my people to have fire,desire and passion to wash cars. Pretty fricken impressive that they believed in me and I actually believed in them.
