| How was work today.....Its 8:45 PM so you may not be at home yet to reply to this however keep your chin up because you'll be back tomarrow at 7:00 AM just in time to wash a rig in the freezing cold.....Did you get a chance to eat tonight or are you just simply going to go to bed...Hey at least it is worth it.....$11.00 dollars an hour....Do you realize that you have to work an entire day just to fill your gas tank.....But again it is deffinately worth it because during your twelve hour day they bought you cardboard pizza for lunch...Its an equal trade...You cant leave for lunch..but wait a minute..you have to clock out for lunch...what were you thinking.... Did you sell a lot of damage waiver today..I certainly hope so because the more you sell it helps you make....well.....nothing.....Sounds like sales to me.... Sell a lot and we will but you pizza...but dont clock out for lunch.....I rented a car from ERAC down in Arizona recently..The only reason why I chose Enterprise was to make fun of the pathetic tools in the office....125 degrees and these jackasses were out washing rigs with ties on.....This one fat guy looked like he was about die from heat stroke.....But hey....He earned some pizza...... Can you belive this...One of Enterprises mottos is "I want my bosses job." Hey we need you to stay alittle later tonight because 7 idiots are trying to figure out where a car is...You stay an extra half hour looking for a car that your manager drove home....Sounds like a great job to me...Just stick with and maybe in ten years you'll be running the company but most likely in ten years you just be driving some cranky old bitch home who for reason is pissed off at you because you had something to do with the stitches on her forehead she received from the accident she got in......And whats even funnyier is that ou tried to sell her damage waiver....Can you believe you used to do this for a living...Or whats even more hilarious is, are you still doing this for a living or have you been promoted ...Sorry "POPPED" to callbacks. I'm sorry but you people crack me up...I hope everyone reads this and looks at themselves in the mirror....... I am a roommate of a former ERAC employee and we laugh about your job all the time....We can't believe you work there..... Is Dave Bailey running the show there yet....If that guy wasn't the biggest tool......Is hhe still rentin' rigs or is he just making sure you are.....Larry is probably making sure MIA is making sure that Dave is making sure.....There is about 15 levels or management that is completely unnessassary....This amanager That manager...are you kidding me......The most tragic part about all of this is you wake your ass up and this is what you go to everyday your show up at erac and it is never going to change...Know matter how hard Mia or Dangerous Dave tries to tell you that the best decision you can make for yourself is to stay aboard.....Well thanks for you attention guys...Now lets get out there and wash some rigs..... |

| And to think, this web site was started as a consumer protection site. Former and current people are getting pretty vicous on here. I have only been out about 6 months. As far as the who has slept with who stuff, that has happened through the history of ERAC. With all the hours and common traits between people in ERAC, it would be hard for that not to happen. I am sure I have had my share of trash talked about me and I am sure I have put out some trash of my own. I suppose that it does suck for someone who thinks that they should not have been passed up in a promotion stings a little bit if you are compeditive and have some desire in you. But to see the glee in somoenes face when the get promoted( somone else quits) is quite amusing. It is just a big cycle of events with different people there at ERAC. Just watch, you will see the same thing over and over and over again. |

I was totally surpised when I heard you left, Rocktheboat. Even though I have been gone now for about six months, the gossip is always fun to keep up with. You probably know who I am by my username, but if you need another hint, I gave my two weeks notice to you in your office at the old B7. Ah, now you can put a face with a name. My question is, why did you leave just short of being 100% vested in your profit sharing plan? I honestly thought you bled green and congratulations on your found endeavor. You were the only reason I stayed as long as I did. You hosed me on my last day and never told me the correct place we were going for drinks. I'm still bitter about that, but that's my problem. |

I got so fed up with ERAC that towards the end of my career there I would purposely drive around the block of my last branch on a friday afternoon around 4:30 PM.....I would literally drive around for about an hour before returning. We were so busy once when I was working for dangerous Dave at 4521, It took me two hours to drive a customer home six blocks. Dave kept calling me on the walkie talkie but I just ignored him and grabbed something to eat at Mcdonalds...It was fantastic. His assistant at the time was the laziest employee I had ever worked with at ERAC yet somehow he was later Promoted..and then sometime later demoted...I thing he is still an assistant manager in Federal Way......However I keep forgetting..He has a career and I just have a job...Somehow my job makes more money in nine months than he has in his sixth year...but he has a career.... |
