I remember when I received points from selling waiver to a lady who was probably about 95 years old...no exageration. She had no idea what I sold her. About three hours later the car returned on the other end of a tow truck...Brand new cavalier...First time on rent...car was totaled. She actually drove it through her garage door. Dave was really mad...I was really happy beause I earned points. For some reason ERAC wants you to sell damage waiver but when their car gets fuck up they get mad at you for selling to get points....... |

As far as chaeting goes, oh well, this is part of ERAC. Mia had fun, and Steve had fun with numerous women, and they are in higher positions. And no one cares, because all this frat sh*t doesn't mean anything. Ask Jenn Hall and B.A. |

| wow....a lot of people really hate ERAC, namley group 45. It makes me wonder, how do you feel if you're Larry, Mia, Potter, any of the "upper" management in group 45. Just to know that you are "leading" a group that performs on a numbers ($$$$$$) level, with employees that basically either work for you out of the fear you instill in them about life outside of ERAC, or because thier too chicken shit to leave and make thier life better. Do you feel guilty? Seriously, when you are talking to the 3 year M.T., or the 6 year manager, are you doing them a favor by talking them into staying, or going to truck rental, or fucking ADMIN? Is that being a good manager, or are you thinking retention (more $$$$)? Or what about the 1 year manager, lets say with a family at home, and all the potential to have great success with ERAC who is having problems at home because of all the long days and late nights? And all the infedelity that you know is happening, but look the other way? Are you doing them any favors by scaring them into stay? Or is there a chance that another career would better suit thier life? I guess you can take my questions as a challenge, Larry, Mia, Potter, Etc. I know you read this site, and I challenge you to respond to my questions, or are you too chicken shit to get into a debate with me about the "ethics" of ERAC management? With regards to upper managment in group 45...I don't have anything against these folks on a personal level, but I do question thier ethics, and yes thier morals....remember, if you are selling an idea, a company, or a career, its the same as selling anything else, would you sell DW to someone who was under the impression it was an entirely different product? (PROBABLY) or would that be unethical to you? And don't give me that bullshit about people know exactly what they are signing up for when they join ERAC, because it's AFTER they realize how shitty life at the big evil "e" is that they try to leave because they are sick of making 30-50K a year for being a "professional tie wearing rig washer". And its THEN that your best argument to keep them is "you knew what you were getting into". How about this, why don't you tell every knew recruit, after the final interview, "if you don't believe me about how great it is to work here, just check out what all the former ERACERS are saying.....check out "failingenterprise.com". Come on Larry...its only fair, that way they would know what they are getting into...would'nt they? |

| I think it's funny to note that all the people on this sight are south region peeps. Has to tell you something. And the word THEIR is spelled EIR not IER. I hope this great job you have doesn't envolve a lot of spelling. One of the biggest things is that it is no longer fun to work at ERAC. Why would I want to have my AM's spot when Potter is constantly Micro managing. This from a guy that was an AM for longer than I've been alive. Just goes to show you that if you stick around long enough, you'll get promoted. Did he deserve it? I don't know but when you hand this clown Goff's old area that was performing even an ape can't screw it up. Larry, if you are reading this please figure out how to make this job fun again. I know, you recently said that it is up to us to make it fun and motivate our peeps but man, it was never like this before. Seems that Potter, Mia and some of the AM's out there are just using their employees for them to get to the next level. And whatever left in the ashes was all in the name of their promotion. Heck it happens to us when we get promoted to a new office and leave A/R's looking this shit. Larry you have to surround yourself with people that are both successful, driven, and fun. Like you did when I first started with the company and worked with you as a City manager. Also having a guy like Steve L. that cheats on his wife, Amy H. that drinks, drives, and totals a car but still gets promoted doesn't send that right message to your employees. And Bailey. I don't even know what to say about that guy. None of it good. Larry, you're only as good as your weakest link. And right now, there are quite a few weak links on your team. You need to fix it. For you sake, my sake and all the managers, and assistant managers that still believe in the green E. |
