You deserve $20 for that one. Now, if you clean up a car from a customer who returned it with shit in the backseat because they couldn't afford a diaper for their toddler, I think you deserve $50 points for that one. Red Lobster. . .here I come.
Wait. . .I forgot. Suppose a customer calls and he/she needs an SUV. You have one left on the lot and they say they will be there in an hour. The rate is $100/day. Let's be sneaky now and book a reservation for an ECAR for $20/day. When they come in, you now have an automatic $80 sellup. Thats a lot of points. Sizzler is just right around the corner!

And thats how you get promoted....Learn how to rig the system so you get more points than other people. I know a current manager who use to do those things...How many current higher ups did those exact same things. We make fun of it but that is exactly what they did to get where they are.

I remember when I received points from selling waiver to a lady who was probably about 95 years old...no exageration. She had no idea what I sold her. About three hours later the car returned on the other end of a tow truck...Brand new cavalier...First time on rent...car was totaled. She actually drove it through her garage door. Dave was really mad...I was really happy beause I earned points. For some reason ERAC wants you to sell damage waiver but when their car gets fuck up they get mad at you for selling to get points.......

I am sure I have had my share of trash talked about me and I am sure I have put out some trash of my own. I suppose that it does suck for someone who thinks that they should not have been passed up in a promotion stings a little bit if you are compeditive and have some desire in you. But to see the glee in somoenes face when the get promoted( somone else quits) is quite amusing. It is just a big cycle of events with different people there at ERAC. Just watch, you will see the same thing over and over and over again.
You left the company far over 6 months ago, since I started at the airport before that time. And we never worked together. Btw, you still owe me some beers dude, and we could have them somewhere close to the airport since youre familiar with the place.
As far as chaeting goes, oh well, this is part of ERAC. Mia had fun, and Steve had fun with numerous women, and they are in higher positions. And no one cares, because all this frat sh*t doesn't mean anything. Ask Jenn Hall and B.A.

Dmoney, you are known as B7forlife or EndedwithaK, why a new name? And there is another name for you which I know, but almost no one else. What are you up to lately, haven't seen you in a while at B7. Still alive???:)

No, I'm the FNG (Fucking New Guy) to this site. I heard about it from current ERAC employees who are complaining that shit is getting written about them. I had to check it and thought, "what the fuck, I am going to register." I'm not B7forlife or endedwithak. I quit out of B7 in March/April time frame and I'm on to bigger and better things. Hence, I am writing on this site while I am at work :-). Who are you "unregistered" or when did you work at B7 or any other office? I can usually figure it out from there. I was at A4 before the airport. That kind of narrows it down.

wow....a lot of people really hate ERAC, namley group 45. It makes me wonder, how do you feel if you're Larry, Mia, Potter, any of the "upper" management in group 45. Just to know that you are "leading" a group that performs on a numbers ($$$$$$) level, with employees that basically either work for you out of the fear you instill in them about life outside of ERAC, or because thier too chicken shit to leave and make thier life better. Do you feel guilty? Seriously, when you are talking to the 3 year M.T., or the 6 year manager, are you doing them a favor by talking them into staying, or going to truck rental, or fucking ADMIN? Is that being a good manager, or are you thinking retention (more $$$$)? Or what about the 1 year manager, lets say with a family at home, and all the potential to have great success with ERAC who is having problems at home because of all the long days and late nights? And all the infedelity that you know is happening, but look the other way? Are you doing them any favors by scaring them into stay? Or is there a chance that another career would better suit thier life? I guess you can take my questions as a challenge, Larry, Mia, Potter, Etc. I know you read this site, and I challenge you to respond to my questions, or are you too chicken shit to get into a debate with me about the "ethics" of ERAC management? With regards to upper managment in group 45...I don't have anything against these folks on a personal level, but I do question thier ethics, and yes thier morals....remember, if you are selling an idea, a company, or a career, its the same as selling anything else, would you sell DW to someone who was under the impression it was an entirely different product? (PROBABLY) or would that be unethical to you? And don't give me that bullshit about people know exactly what they are signing up for when they join ERAC, because it's AFTER they realize how shitty life at the big evil "e" is that they try to leave because they are sick of making 30-50K a year for being a "professional tie wearing rig washer". And its THEN that your best argument to keep them is "you knew what you were getting into". How about this, why don't you tell every knew recruit, after the final interview, "if you don't believe me about how great it is to work here, just check out what all the former ERACERS are saying.....check out "failingenterprise.com". Come on Larry...its only fair, that way they would know what they are getting into...would'nt they?

I think it's funny to note that all the people on this sight are south region peeps. Has to tell you something. And the word THEIR is spelled EIR not IER. I hope this great job you have doesn't envolve a lot of spelling. One of the biggest things is that it is no longer fun to work at ERAC. Why would I want to have my AM's spot when Potter is constantly Micro managing. This from a guy that was an AM for longer than I've been alive. Just goes to show you that if you stick around long enough, you'll get promoted. Did he deserve it? I don't know but when you hand this clown Goff's old area that was performing even an ape can't screw it up. Larry, if you are reading this please figure out how to make this job fun again. I know, you recently said that it is up to us to make it fun and motivate our peeps but man, it was never like this before. Seems that Potter, Mia and some of the AM's out there are just using their employees for them to get to the next level. And whatever left in the ashes was all in the name of their promotion. Heck it happens to us when we get promoted to a new office and leave A/R's looking this shit. Larry you have to surround yourself with people that are both successful, driven, and fun. Like you did when I first started with the company and worked with you as a City manager. Also having a guy like Steve L. that cheats on his wife, Amy H. that drinks, drives, and totals a car but still gets promoted doesn't send that right message to your employees. And Bailey. I don't even know what to say about that guy. None of it good. Larry, you're only as good as your weakest link. And right now, there are quite a few weak links on your team. You need to fix it. For you sake, my sake and all the managers, and assistant managers that still believe in the green E.

Good call on the mispelling, spelling has never been a strong point of mine. I do use a lot of spelling in my job (it really is a great job), and luckily my spelling hasn't cost me any money yet...I'll keep my fingers crossed, or better yet, I'll just get a hold of you when ever I have a spelling question....hope you don't mind. My only question to you is, how does it feel to be such a great speller? I bet it helps get those rigs real clean. Oh yeah and....you use a lot of run-on sentences. Anyways if you don't like your job, instead of begging Larry to "make it fun again", leave. Seriously, you it sounds like you are not very happy, so do something about man! I'm not trying to be a dick, I've been there too, but no one can make your life or your job more fun...if your company sucks....ERAC sucks.

Team 4521 - interesting name. Nice that you put people like Eddie, Soo, Jessica and Ed Rankin on this page without them knowing since they are the real Team 4521. Maybe you want to come clear who you are and leave them alone.

DMOZ**Wow, it's been a while. Heard you are working for Microsoft and hating it. Is this true? You need to call me. My number is still the same and I would love to hear from you and Jill. Well D, I have to tell you that ERAC has changed my friend. Not the same competitive and fun atmosphere that I once loved. I never thought I would leave but I'm so much happier now. I will fill you in when you call me. The airport sucked after the old crew left by the way. We had the best ESQI for one year straight because people were having a blast. I know that fucking cheer was dumb but it pumped everyone up because we believed in our team. I am working for a large pharmaceutical company now. Lot's of opportunity and I"m happy with my decision. Hey, the trash talking about me doesn't matter anymore. I got sick of worrying about what Potter and Mia thought about me. The south region sucks now. Let's put it this way CRAIG ANDERSON DID A MUCH BETTER JOB of pumping up the region. He recognized people daily and had kick ass competitions that involved sonics, huskies, mariners tickets and so on. He made it fun! When I left, people were hating work. I got yelled at for giving one of my managers too much time off to deal with his separation. C'mon! I'm done bitching though. Call me...
