I absolutely agree with you Rock. . .Craig did a much better job in managing his employees. Yeah, he truly cared about his MT's that he was paying $30k a year to wash rigs. But he was better because he allowed his employees more opportunities to earn points. I heard someone in the north region earned 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 points in one month. He got a cool pen.

I do not know if this is true...It's just what I heard...But I heard that if you screw enough people every month (meaning you convince people to buy "protection") or if you earn enough points then a manager will invite you to dinner to have dinner with about 50 other people who screwed people.....Thats quite a reward...I heard one time they got to go to the cheesecake factory.....I guess if you screw enough people then you are in a catagory called the "ELITE."

And if you go to enough of these dinners then they will promote you and teach you how to teach others how to screw people so they can go to dinner. I also heard that once a month...of course after working a 60 hour week that they have an after hours party....but if you dont attend these parties then you are not eligible for promotion because you are not a team player.....I want a set of golf clubs....a new car....and my bosses job

How funny how rumors get started. Me hating my job, it's absolutely the opposite. I love what I do and I found a new drive in recruiting. Sales was cool, but it wasn't for me. How can I hate a job that lets me make my own hours, I have every weekend off and holidays, and I wear what I want to work. In the summer I was wearing shorts, a polo, and flip flops. Yep, you read that right. It's so laid back overhere and my manager is so hands off it isn't even funny. I have numbers to meet, but as long as I meet them I never see him. People come to me and treat me with respect. I talk to people on the phone that call me "sir" and I have my own huge cubical with high speed internet and all the latest technology. I can download music, surf the net, or do whatever in hell I want as long as my work is done. I was talking to Kim M. daily before she became an assistant when she would go on those long A4 pick-ups. Plus, I leave on Fridays at 3. Yeah I'm dead drunk and full by the time people are leaving the Erac office. Sorry, but it just struck a cord when people are mentioning that I hate it. I forgot about the opportunity. At the next level I can work from home anywhere in the world. Yep, as long as I have a phone and internet connection. I could live in fucking Siberia if I wanted to and get paid American dollars. It does take about a year and my plan is move to Eastern Washington, Idaho, or Montana and live the slower life with some land. It all depends on where the girlfriend will be working.
Yeah I still keep in touch with a couple people that used to, and still do work at B7. They say it sucks and I tried to get one of them overhere. It didn't work out but guess who is overhere? Remember my employee referral Angie? She's overhere also and it was actually her roomate who hooked me up. B7 was fun and I honestly would have left way before if you weren't there. I know your ego is already through the roof, but it is true. You made it fun and once I found out I was going to the local market I was like "I got to get the fuck out of here?" Crazy shit with all the gossip and I'll email you to get your phone number. I threw it out after you stood me up on my last day.

Why leave Steve out of it when you slept with him? There are people working their ass off everyday to get where they are the right way and you do that bullshit. It doesn't matter how good of a manager you were or how well you treated your employees. What it comes down to is that you cheated your way to the top and took someone elses spot while doing it. Steve's wife should leave him and be with a man that doesn't treat her like shit.

Man you pissed someone off! I think BM are also sold on giving a fuck about their employees by Area Manager's, Regional Manager's, Etc... Everyone get's sold in the Erac game, even Larry F. It happens in every job, just not to the same degree as Erac. It's all a pyramid scheme and reminds me so much of Amway (not that I ever partook in it, I just had a close friend heavily involved.) You fuck over this guy to make money and get promoted who makes the AM money who in turn makes Mia, Larry, you get the point. Everyone makes money off of the sorry ass MT who is working 12 hours a day selling CDW, and I guess gas now. Who really gives a fuck, I'm not doing it anymore and neither should you. True it is a fabulous stepping stone and looks awesome on a resume. Even being an MT makes you sound like a super star if you have any sales skills in an interview. I pumped my shit up so much that you would have thought I ran B7! Everything is a game and you just have to play it to your advantage. Someone (I don't remember who but it was a customer who was a former employee) I was driving home up James Hill in Kent told me that the only thing you will miss about Erac is the people. They are right. The people were cool and will never hear me say anything slanderous about them. They always treated me with respect. Speaking of that does anyone know how the hell Olaf, Senaca, Antonio, Brad, Jason S., and Kevin Harbeck are doing? They are all some cool cats even though I hated the company. Well I've been fucking around on this site all morning and it's about 11:15. I think I'll take a lunch :-). I do have one question for Rocktheboat: Why do people hate the shit out of you? I've talked to some former employees who just fucking can't stand you. I think it's funny, you were always cool with me.

I know a few of those guys are doing very well in a new industry. And I think I just figured out who you are, sounds like you are doing well at your new gig. Congrats on that. Oh yeah and...people are giving Rock a lot of shit because they always saw through her fake ass personality. I wish her a lot of success, but can't say I respect her on a business level. She always made it a point to say how much she cared about her people, and at the same time was talking shit about her employees to other employees. That type of behavior is bound to come back to you in the long run. I hope if nothing else this is a wake up call to her, she is a smart women, with alot of drive, that does'nt need to be fake to earn respect. Anyways thats just my opinion.
