Got it and you must have a cool gig like myself where you can actually surf the net and do what the fuck you want. Shit, at the local market I had to get permission just to use the bathroom. It was like grade school! Shoot me a clue about yourself and thanks for the heads up. I heard that about her and maybe I was naive to see it happening. Actually I just never really got involved in the Erac thing and kept to myself. That is why I wouldn't go very far in that type of company. I like to work alone and do my own shit if you know what I mean. Fuck kissing someone else's ass or relying on someone else for a promotion. When it comes down to it, my work is unprecedented. I am the only one on my team who never works overtime. I refuse to and I got talked to about it. My boss what like "how in the hell are other people putting in 15 + overtime hours a week and you have none?" That's the way I do business and my numbers are solid. I leave at 4 everyday and 3 on Fridays. It sounds like Erac lost 2 hell of employees. I'm sure there are more but you sound solid.

You're right man, what it comes down to is working SMART, not just HARD. I do have a lot of autonomy in my new career, I know what my goals are, and I make sure to meet or beat them. Its that simple. Yeah...we have a covered smoking area at my office building, chairs, a nice view, no asshole customers waiting to be checked in. LIFE IS GOOD.

all this negativity about erac is so true....washin rigs in the rain..ect...Its genious marketing by the higher ups at erac...They have to pump you up to come work there and make it sound like the greatest place to work...They do this because they know the reality of it is that it is a shitty job and a shitty place to work....They have to brainwash you to get you to buy into the bullshit....I feel sorry for the poor bastards that are about to start there...

As for Rock I really dont get what all the negativity is about her...So what if she fucked her way to the top with shit balls....When you feel like this is how you have to achieve things, can she really be blamed for no self confidence, and can she really be blamed for the tremendous talant of manipulation....I used to work for her.....could never understand how she made it to where she did...However it all made sense when I found out she was fucking everyone.

Steve is such a shit bag that he has absolutely no remorse for cheating on his wife and probably just smiles about it...Look at the guy, how could you ever trust him if you worked for him, likeable from a personality standpoint, but other than that come on.....But lets come back to Rock....

If she had any once of self respect she should cut all ties to ERAC..Why do I say this...I say this because no matter who she thinks is a friend of hers from erac the probability is high that they are talking shit about her when they are not talking to her....But thats okay because we all know that she was more guilty of that than anyone else at the big E......Those of us that worked with her long enough know it.......

I loved how she thought she was the best manager enterprise ever had....encouraging employees to stay aboard them literally two minutes later would start to talk shit about them....That's great leadership...All these people are talking shit about her because she has finally been exposed for what she truely is.....And most of us know it...She belongs in the industry she is know in...perfect for her...cutthroat.

But the microsoft thing gave that away. As far as all the drama on this site. It is cracking me up, it kinda reminds me of highschool. So many ways to slander, and just not enough time to do it. Anyway, What do you do over at the Big M besides make more money, work less hours, and smile more?
