I am sure his reasons for leaving were justified. I am sure you were around to see the 4 or 5 assistants quit within 60 days. that doesnt include MT's quitting or CSR's from the airport either. And rumors continue, after this next set of promotions.. we will see..

its so funny to see how that erac managers really don't know anything about their employees... i just recently left erac (thank god) and am loving life... i guess the upper management for group 45 just learned of this website and are accusing me of telling people about it.... how funny, i learned about this website before i was even hired, so how could i be the one turning people on to this?? and also they're so chickensh*t that they can't call me and ask me directly.... hey dave, potter, jan.... you know who i am.... look at my username and if you need more of a hint i worked for all three of you directly..... personally i know a lot of whats being said on here is slanderous, but kinda reminds me of all the talking you guys did about me and other employees behind our backs.... at least people here have the guts to say the stuff out loud and directly to your faces....this is one place that your current employees can vent frustrations they have with the company without being labeled a "problem" employee. Furthermore i applaud all of you who post on this discussion board... it shows leadership, envokes freedom of speech, and provides a venting chanel..... i look forward to reading more as time goes on..... let freedom ring

congrats JR. welcome to freedom my friend.I have to admit. it is nice. did i know you? i have been out of the loop for a couple of months now. I am not sure how much freedom and leadership this promotes but.. it makes me and others smile that upper management know now. I would have thought they would have cought on long ago. i was telling people about this site months before i left. i guess some people there know how to keep their mouth shut.

oh no. my cover is blown! just curious. i consider some of the people that i worked with as friends. if enterprise makes them happy. then i am happy for them. work is a huge part of life for most all people. i am still curious about what goes on there. i was the one to choose how long i stayed with the company. i dont say that enterprise lied to me or any of that stuff. i was the one who made the decision to stay as long as i did. if someone quits and they are happy about it and their life gets better. i aplaud them. if they stay with the company and they like it. i aplaud them too. its all about perception. you should know that.
