You are a pawn playing the big man's game and he is laughing while he is counting his cash and you are excited about making more points. -Upper management "knows" that you do not have a future with the company. Otherwise, there would be more than one GM, more than 3 RVP's, more than 6 RRM in a state. That's 10 people out of a thousand employees who made it. Are you one of the top 10? The not speaking English part of the competition was right on. They even laugh at ERAC employees who spent 4 years in college for nothing. Spread the word! |
