Finally - a general comment about ERAC. It is a nice company to work for, if you can handle certain pressure and long hours on a daily base. If you expect to work shorter hours, more pay or whatever, bartending might be a nice option, as well as working for Wells Fargo or BofA. Peace

I've just deleted a few posts in this thread where somebody was claiming to be Scott C. Stop with the impersonations. And GooglePts, if you'd register, you could prevent anyone else from posting with your username.

Admin, thanks a lot, I am one of the people who worked with the real Scott C and know for sure that 99% of the posts couldn't be him, same with Keoni or Potter posts. Too bad that people are that stupid. However here is the deal, I registered, but somehow someone was able to use my name and posted shit under my name.

I was just recently introduced to this site and I must say that I am apalled. I have been employed with ERAC for over 5 years now, and I can honestly say that this has been an incredible company to work for. Obviously, people bashing the company such as google or ma gone wild have no idea what this company really has to offer. I admit, I am still working on my career here at ERAC and I definitely have my goals to achieve until I am truly happy. At the same time, it is rough being in a management position and still not getting paid adequately. But that's ok because I know that through my heart and determination, I will be an area manager and making more money than any of you ex-eracers. When it comes down to it, you couldn't hack it which is why you quit. You're a quitter and made the choice yourself to not believe in the company and realize its full potential. I have a ways to go, but I will make it because I believe I can do it. I am proud to be part of the south region and I know that my life will be better than yours. You have to think long-term, not short-term. Best of luck to you and have fun selling mortgages or amway.
