That post is probably the most logical (and mature) thing I have read on this site. I cannot agree with you more.

I have some years under my belt with ERAC and have seen the good, the bad and the downright ugly when it comes to employees. For every person who posts on this site saying they were misled or lied to by Enterprise, there is another person who fails to take responsibility for their own actions and blames everyone else for their problems. It's sad that when people feel wronged by their employer, they think they have the right to cause harm to their employer in return.

I hold no ill-will to anyone who has left the company. In fact, B7 for life, you were a damn hard worker at B7 and I respect you for that. And to answer findout's post about who I am -- I don't see any ex-employees offering up their real identities, so don't be surprised that I don't just blurt out my name, either.

in response to your comment about harming our previous employer, the only harm i see is one that directly results from them mistreating their employees, what i mean is the fact that have been and will continue to lose their best employees. Other than that they'll continue to hold market share, i mean i would never work for erac and would discourage anyone i know from working for erac, but if i ever need a rental in the future i'll be calling vip-erac in a heartbeat and thats because i know that the people who do the "real" work for the company i.e. the m.t's are busting their backs and have excellent c/s skills....and for that they deserve my business.... so no real harm for the pocket book of the company....they'll continue to grow regardless of this website

SeeAll, there you go, this guy is disclosing who he is, I worked with him. Too bad that he left, he was a very good guy and knew what was going on. JR, I will give you a buzz sometime soon. You know who I am... BTW, SeeAll, I'm still with the company, and cannot afford to let everyone know who I am. They are checking this site regular, so there might be the day when I let you know who I am. JR4521 - get registered so I can shoot you a message via this board.

See All, you are one of the big ARM or a RRM, and its pretty weak not to show who you are. But thats ERAC, full of cowards...

I think some people have been told not to talk to me about erac. I am getting a lot less phone calls from current employees.

Ok. Go in tomorrow and put in your two weeks notice. If they try to talk you into staying tell them no. The end.

No one likes the unpredictability of a job hunt, but if you don't like your current job (no matter where you work) stop being a puss and take a chance. It's normally not the chances you take that you will end up regretting, it is the ones you don't.

you are not sure how to get promoted? ha ha ha. life is full of games that you have to play and work is no different. if you dont want to play the games. there is no need to be there. end your $9.45/ hour job and move on. if you enjoy your job and want to stay? then quit your complaining and start sleepin with somebody in the company. most of them are freash out of college. it aint all that bad! ha ha ha..
