Obviously, people bashing the company such as google or ma gone wild have no idea what this company really has to offer. I admit, I am still working on my career here at ERAC and I definitely have my goals to achieve until I am truly happy. At the same time, it is rough being in a management position and still not getting paid adequately. But that's ok because I know that through my heart and determination, I will be an area manager and making more money than any of you ex-eracers. When it comes down to it, you couldn't hack it which is why you quit. You're a quitter and made the choice yourself to not believe in the company and realize its full potential. I have a ways to go, but I will make it because I believe I can do it. I am proud to be part of the south region and I know that my life will be better than yours. You have to think long-term, not short-term. Best of luck to you and have fun selling mortgages or amway.

The bottom line is, that either you just worked for the worst and meanest slavedriving managers any company has ever seen, or the reality is that the area managers seriously missed when they hired any of you. They must have compelety kept all the daily duties from you throughout the interview process. Shame on them for not telling any of you that instead of sitting on your growing pizza eatin' asses, that yes, this will be a tough job and you will have to "WORK". And if this isn't for you, then don't take the job and waste you and our time!!! But one way or another, you left on bad terms and weren't wanted by the very company you come to bash....so....thus you bash in an attempt to get your revenge. As for many companies that are entry level, you do have to work hard and prove your skills before being handed more responsibilities. The pay does get greater and greater, but remember you do have to be good and you do have to know how to run a solid business if you want to control your pay to improve. Some managers are making a grip load, and some aren't doing as well and it is as simple as looking at the income statement to know which ones are making the $$$$. If you like what you are doing then awesome, if you think there are some things to fix, then speak your mind and help be a change agent, and if you just don't car for this or any job anymore, then leave and find something that clicks with you. Simple enough...and remember all you little flowers....we do still love you!!!!
Thank you Willie Nelson!

An area manager made less than 60k in a year. Is that something you are looking forward to?

Should be getting COLD pizza right about now! Oh wait, it's not 2:30 yet! Then it's time for that 4:30 rush till 7. 8 until you get home, but you did go 8 for 10 and you'll hang out with the same people bragging about how you got this guy or that girl. What a joke? $9.85/hour.

But you do get the weekends off. I got news for you ERACers; in normal jobs everyone gets weekends off and you don't have to work 8 years or suck anyone's dick to get it!

Maybe I'll be a pro baseball player! That's manual labor! And your comments do sting..."the epitome of ignorance"...I feel like I finally have accomplished something in life to have someone that to me. For the record, I think we established about 15 pages ago that if "keep washing rigs" is the best you've got, you should dive head first off an overpass as your level of stupidity makes you dangerous to other humans! The best apart a jackass like you is how a company you USED to work for still dominates your life. I used to work in the attendance office in highschool and I hated it...Doesn't mean that I call them and tell them how much I hate them or send nasty emails. It's called closure...look into it. :)

That POW camp was in Vietnam, not Korea.
