No, this is a personal plea. Moderation implies reviewing and approving messages.

"I rest my case and try that one in a job interview?" This a run-on sentence and does not requisite a question mark. Stop trying to lecture others on grammar. One can only assume that "I up here" means your head is up your ass!

Certainly by calling posters "idiots", one can conclude that you are offering your disapproval of the message. You say tomato....

Again, they're different. Moderating means I'm taking on responsibility for reviewing and approving postings, usually by holding them in a queue before releasing them to the board. In that case, every message that gets posted or remains posted has my stamp of approval on it. That's not the way it works here at Failing Enterprise.

In this case, I'm just reading this back-and-forth and expressing my opinion, just like everyone else. It's a personal comment from me, not a judicial judgement from the Administrator.

You're registered, so why don't you log in? I didn't realize it was you.

No it is not a run-on sentence. It's called a compound sentence with more than 5 words that does not begin and or but. That is why it looks unfamiliar to you. It does require a question mark because it is asking a question. "Try that one in a job interview?" Go back to school and bother someone else at your own level. My 4 year cousin needs someone to talk to.

None of us are worth a shit in proper grammer or intelectual marvals, so lets all stop pretending like one of us is better or smarter than the next. Admin, you are also taking away from the fun of this site and your comments really aren't needed or adding that much. And who ever said that an area manager made $60k, must have been with a seriously non-profitable area. My last manager i worked for made $80k, and I just ran a mortgage lone app for an area managers that made $120 k last year. So, there is plenty of money for less then ivy leage students to make there, but good luck to those that can stand those customers. Having to bend over and take it like that made me go crazy, and plenty of props to those that could handle it. I hopefully will get upto that kind of money, but luckily only deal with a few upset customers when there credit isn't as good as they thought. Good luck green monsters!!!!

Admin cleaver and well thought out??? I'm not sure, but I read all the posts and just seems like this place should be left for those who have real frustrations to vent.

Scott is lame or whatever they post, its not Scott. I know him and worked with him.
I am keoni and the post I made was me so don't talk about stuff you don't know and cry to the admin. I am the only one with enough balls to use my real name. They want to fire me anyway.
