If you really think this is the only thing why people work here, then you didn't understand anything during your time with the company. When you sell your mortgage and have to make copies - does that qualify for being a high class job? |
It's funny the assumption I get that I obviously sell mortgages. Correct. . .I am in a sales job, but that doesn't limit my career to selling mortgages. Maybe I am, maybe I'm not. . .but it is completely irrelevent. FYI, I know a lot more about the company than you think. . .over 5 years and in a BM position. Ran multiple locations and I achieved success in these offices. I make all of these references to points for one simple reason. It's true! When I was employed there, all I cared about were points, too. Even in management, it's all about points. "Look at my branch, I OP'd $250/car, or I have 25% fleet growth, or I averaged 94% occupancy. These are all "bragging points" to upper management and has little to do with your commission check you get at the end of the month. It's a joke. I admit, I was a fool, too with this company. It took me years before I finally woke up and realized that my life as a fucking pawn for the man was a complete joke. I must admit it sure is nice not washing rigs anymore.
