Its all individual: You are right, it would be great to make commisions as an MT. But then, you would have a ton of MT's never taking their career seroiusly and never taking ownership of what they do. The MT position is entry level and also a point at which a company can learn if that was a correct hire or not. Why should a company invest a great amount into someone completely unproven??? And 9month to a year to stop being an MT is very little time to invest in any company and a nothing to a long career. Also, if you were a manager averaging $250 op plus at least $125 average flip, then you would be making a hell of a nice salary. So don't come in here going thats what you were doing and made nothing. If you found something else that makes you happen then supper, but obviously something isn't all that great if you keep coming back here to complain or "have so much fun getting you all fired up".

You are a lost pour soul! I pity you and your brainwashed ways of thinking.

There might be a reason that I am not telling you my name, because I take this thing a bit more serious. You suck at customer service, it seems like you don't care about things too much. Maybe they should put you at the airport and only carry luggage, not much you could do wrong there. Seriously, I have respect for Eric, he has proven himself over years and different offices to be a decent manager. Just because he is calling you out on things and telling you how things are run, doesn't make him necessarily a bad manager. If you would be in my local office, I would make you wash cars the whole day, just to keep you out of customers way. Sorry dude, might be better if you quit asap.

The amount of posts you make all over the treads leads to a different assumption, do you realize that? Unless you have a main job not too fulfilling or too busy, it seems like the person has a valid argument.

Yes, I've been fairly active here on the site the past week, mostly in response to greatly increased traffic on the discussion board, and I've been doing some site upgrades.

Depending upon my schedule and level of interest, the time I spend on the board varies from week to week and from month to month. We've got a good thing going here, and I like helping our online community. It's been a busy week.

Trying to sound smart? McCain was not in a Korean POW camp you idiot. He was in Vietnam. Enough already about Scott C. and all the other shit. This site was much better before it hit 22 pages. People making comments right now need to find another forum. No thought into what they are saying.

Admin, you are also taking away from the fun of this site and your comments really aren't needed or adding that much. And who ever said that an area manager made $60k, must have been with a seriously non-profitable area. My last manager i worked for made $80k, and I just ran a mortgage lone app for an area managers that made $120 k last year. So, there is plenty of money for less then ivy leage students to make there, but good luck to those that can stand those customers. Having to bend over and take it like that made me go crazy, and plenty of props to those that could handle it. I hopefully will get upto that kind of money, but luckily only deal with a few upset customers when there credit isn't as good as they thought. Good luck green monsters!!!!
Yeah dream on. I saw a mortgage app for a current area manager and his salary was listed at $58,000. Who are you anyway? I would bet my first new born child that you are not in mortgages. You are the same person who has a smart comment for anyone who says anything bad about the company. Since you will be a big pussy and not reveal yourself, what company do you work for? BM are luck to make $45,000 and that is working 70 hours a week. You do the math, it's about $12.50/hour. Reveal who you are and what AM you are talking about or else everyone will know you are fake. Everyone notice that all the comments directly attacking you and protecting the company are coming form the same person. My guess is it's someone from Admin who are trying to tone down the site. Keep up the good work because the site is spreading like a cancer throughout the company.

Ok Mister Countrwide, lets see some facts here. I don't which poor Area Manager you are referring to, but its not mine. My old BM had at the End of Nov.04 already 62k on his income statement (saw his paycheck), so with December it would be safe to say we are talking about 67k. You agree thats not too bad? I know an Area Manager who is in 6 figures, which he proved on his mortgage application. I am not from Admin or St. Louis, I am a regular MT.

A regular MT you say? On your previous note you said you were a mortgage broker. Which is it? You can't keep your lies straight? Neither can Enterprise and that's why both of you are full of shit and lying assholes! Keep lying to your people and I hope you feel good about it. You are pathetic and congrats on your $9/ hour MT job. I knew it would come out sooner or later; people that work for ERAC are inherently stupid. Why else would you rent cars for a living? Take your Central Washington Art Degree and vacuum out that ECAR!
