It's funny. . .I used to know everyone at the company. Then I quit and I was cut off by all. Get out, I think I know who you are. . .not personally. I don't know much about Countrywide, but I hear it's a great place to learn the biz if that's what you are interested in doing. I'm sure it would beat washing rigs and working for points.

So what are you doing right now? And let me ask you this, when did you leave E? That would tell me if I even know you, which I would doubt right now. I am just your average MT, maybe you are right I should get out as long as there is a good chance to do so.

I know an Area Manager who is in 6 figures, which he proved on his mortgage application. I am not from Admin or St. Louis, I am a regular MT.

Look...I am going to set it straight for all. I am a Assistant Manager for the greatest company in the world (ERAC). I am on pace to make about $95,000.00 this year. My manager is on pace for about $135,000.00. I hope to get promoted away from 4522 real soon. If I don't make $ 120,000.00 next year I'll be really pissed. I don't care how many people I ave to screw over to get to the top. Thats what my manager taught me. SCREW PEOPLE OVER....THE ERAC WAY

You wish you would make that much money in 3 years. I thought you were a smart person, just proved me wrong, my bad.

Only $95,000? I'm over $100,000 and it's only October. I don't own a house, invest in stocks, and I'm not married. I drink my life away every Saturday night since it is the only night I can go out. I'm an assistant also, and if I can screw a few more people over maybe I can get a BM spot in Port Angeles? I live in Seattle so my commute would triple, but I would get a Neon to drive home in everyday. I would get an expanded T and E account and I could buy my MT's shitty pizza to keep them happy. I'm over weight, I have no degree, but I can sell, sell, sell.

How do you know I am a dude? Maybe I have worked with you and maybe I haven't. I know what I know because I am privy to information on various financial documents. That is why I know what AM make because I have seen their paperwork. That gives you a clue to where I work, and you?

For all of ymou current employees who are visiting this site, please don't let the negativity get to you. Obviously, these ex-employees quit because they couldn't hack it. About 10 people quit and moved on and they were all MT's who never even got a glimpse of what this company has to offer. Words of advice. . .We need to stick together, and if you lose faith in yourself, then you lost faith in the company, which in turn will lose faith in you. Keep positive, it was hard for me and is still a struggle sometimes, but I know what this company has to offer me. I have more than just a job, I have a career. All of these erac haters brag about their big checks, but just how long do you think that it will last? For all employees who are frustrated and need to vent out, please don't make this your only outsource. Management is there to help you and will be open ears to your concerns. We've all been there and we all know what it is like to be in your shoes. We are all here for one reason, and that is to bring financial success to our lives. It is theres for the taking. . .how much do you want it?

boy are you brainwashed....or a brain washer. The further I got in the company the more I saw the BS. I could hack it...I was hacking it....I chose not to hack it anymore. You should have those constant bouts of losing faith and struggling with the company. It's not normal. When that becomes a regular occurrence it's time to bow out. I doubt this site is made up of mostly MTs. MT don't really get to the point where they see the garbage from the group and corporate level. No sir, I think this site is mostly Asst. Managers and Branch Managers. One thing seems definite, I don't see one person on here thinking they never should have left Enterprise. I think everoyne that left is better off. And I'm sure you'll say the company is better off without us. If that helps you get out of bed in the morning and into your branch, then go right ahead and think that. I'm not here to spread negativity around...I only speak the truth...it's out there for anyone who wants to read it. Fact is, my wife is at a very busy time of year for her profession and I just have too much time on my hands not working those long ERAC hours anymore with a long commute into the city. I won't knock your ERAC enthusiasm...god love you for it. The rest of us certainly couldn't see what you see anymore and knew to get out.
