Thanks for the advice. I am sold on ERAC on a positive way and I will have a good career after my grill. I would like to know who you are so I could get some good advice how to get up on the ladder with the company.

Fact is, my wife is at a very busy time of year for her profession and I just have too much time on my hands not working those long ERAC hours anymore with a long commute into the city. I won't knock your ERAC enthusiasm...god love you for it. The rest of us certainly couldn't see what you see anymore and knew to get out.

Since you are still not revealing who you are I don't know how much experience you had with ERAC. I am on this website to get maybe some more ideas about the comapny, and maybe something different. Where do you work since it sounds like youre not with E anymore? And who the heck are you?

If you can keep a positve attitude, you are golden. Because everyone else becomes cynical and it makes you shine more amongst everyone else. Of course you need to match that with good numbers. I just started to get negative like everyone else and got myself out when I knew I was past the point of no return.

I know it's been a rough week for a lot of you MTs, MAs, and whoever. You are all probably just now getting home from working really hard. Some of you may have gone 0 for 10 today. And you are still not revealing who you are, but bash the company. Again, sounds like you had some experience with ERAC, maybe you were an AM. I still think you are a former person who is now in the Mortgage business, even if its not for Countrywide. Did your Employee Number end with a V???

I'm not bashing the company. . .I'm just saing it like it is. Tomorrow, there is going to be some cheeseball morning meeting (probably at one of the larger ofices) and the BM is going to try to pump up the office and refer to friday as "FREE LOVE FRIDAY!" Everyone who thinks I'm just bashing the company, just wait until tomorrow and please respond when "FREE LOVE FRIDAY" is referenced in a meeting. Here's a pointer. . .offer the manager's special to pop-fly's. . .you know $100 for the weekend and we'll throw in the full protection for free!
FYI. . .I've been around for a lot longer than you think. If I don't know who you are, why should I reveal my identity?
