I wish I never quit ERAC. It's the neatest place in the whole wide world.

Default yeah its me

i guess another erac employee has got up and left, but this time an area manager. and guess what he's gone to go do mortgages, i guess mortgages aren't that lucrative of a job since rates are going up, so erac says, but to let you higher ups that are so concerned with retention, people need homes and people want to use their equity, i guess thats why mortgage companies make trillions of dollars a year, and you guys make what? billions? and the thing is mortgage companies actually help customers as opposed to ripping them off like you guys do. oh and btw db, cp, and jw i hear your fleet is dwindling just like your talent. if you keep bonehead managers then your company will definitely sink. go hle!! lol

Yup, another person has left, who was known as Fish. Too bad that qualified people like him choose a different job. Is he really in mortgage? Hard to believe. But I guess there will be a lot more things going on fairly soon. JR, looks like things are working fairly well for you @ Countrywide, heard some good things about you... So, who will be next? Maybe we should start betting on certain people to leave. Any suggestions???

Mortgages? Hu, who woulda thunk. The big PB and Fish, I think TJ (old eracers) is somehow related to mortgages too. I would have to call and find out. What is up with area managers punching? Maybe it is not quite what everyone thinks. AW went to medical supply sales.

Dude, are you kiddin' me? You are telling us that you're above corporate average? If I'm not mistaken, the roll for GP 45 is around 80 to 85. Wow, what a feast to be over that, I guess this applies for half of the staff at ERAC. I guess for you whining you need better arguments than that one...

JR4521, sounds like you have some hard feelings against ERAC, or why are you so happy that they lose cars? Would like to know how it was working with you maybe that would explain it.
