If we where all Ivy Leage or super amazing talented people either athletically or entertaining, then we would be making millions. The majority of us are regular c to b students that cared more about a good party then devoting every last second of our time to be great. You can knock this job because it wasn't for you, but at 3 years(1 year simply learning the ropes) and making $50k is not bad at all for normal people. Again, its each to their own, but any of you doubting the pay, just ask and they will show you.
WOW, it's amazing that you saw their W2 in October. Hey idiot, W2's don't get mailed out until January. It has to reflect your yearly wage and how in the fuck can that happen in October. You must be an AM because that lie would work on a sorry ass MT, but not on me. Also the post before was written at 8 pm and you answered it 3 hours later. So you are telling me that in 3 hours you signed on, read their post, called your AM, went over to their house, and saw their W2? I know you didn't leave the branch until 7 being that it was insurance Monday! Try pulling the wool over someone else's eyes.

I came out of college not knowing anything nor having any real skills in the work place, and I have no real choice but to work my way up. But at any rate, by you being an Asshole really only proves that this is a good company that didn't want you in it and I hope we never keep people like yourself. I read many of the posts and some people are wanting to know who you are and I would recommend that you don't disclose who you really are. The fact of the matter is that if people know who you really are, then they will all realize that these opionions, you very actively post, are from someone they will laugh at and have low opionions of. And all your time and effort here will be a waste, because no matter what the opionion given, it is worthless if it comes from an idiot.
The only idiot here is the one that cannot spell opinion. Hey dufess, try using spell check or is that not accessible on the green screens?

Nicely done! As soon as I read "Hey dufess, try using spell check...", I knew you had earned a place on our Discussion Board "Best Of".

I have not been brainwashed and I do my job better than anyone here and someday I will be rewarded for it. Granted I have been a car prep for three years now but I was told we all started in the car prep area. I seriously doubt I will be washing cars for another three years....maybe only two years. You guys couldn't hack it....face that. Your kids will be asking my kids if they want french fries with their burger.
He that’s cool I have seen Good Will Hunting also. Maybe you would to come up with some thoughts of your own or has Enterprise left you so devoid of thought that you have to copy moves.

Recently I was informed that my name (Scott C) is the topic of some discussion. I have not visited this site in well over a year and have never posted before today. I am sorry so many of you harbor such negative feelings toward me. I never bad mouthed any of you and am not sure why so many of you seem to have a problem with me deciding to switch jobs. I am happy where I am and do not understand why so many of you don't leave it at that. Enterprise was not a bad company to work for I learned a ton and had a positive experience. I moved on because my wheels were spinning but still keep in contact with past and present employees. I regret the comments people have made and would hope that if you have any issues regarding my DW sales and how many times I went to elite you would be man enough to call me and chat. You can get my # from any of my ex managers they all no me well enough to vouch for me. Why is my DW sales an issue after almost a year? Maybe you need to move on and focus on hitting 55% and not worry about what I did a year ago. Like I said if you have any q's or issues feel free to call me about it, but I have never badmouthed ERAC or anyone who does or did work there.

The Real Scott C

Hey if you want to be treated well by the company act like you’re going to quit. I’m not going to quit but one of my buddy’s form college took me out to lunch and he offered me a job. I told my assistant manager who told everyone and now they take me lunch every week and I get first pick of choice time hours. If Kevin K is reading this kiss my sack bitch. Sorry I hate that guy I just had to say it.

I agree. Say it about once every 3 months and you'll get a week of free lunch! Don't let their bogus scare tactics get to you, it's all BS. Any company who has to scare their employees to stay has a serious ethical and moral problem. They should just say "look at our company and all the benfits it has to offer." That should sell itself, not having fatass Trackwell breathing down your neck with his raunchy breath and black teeth.

Do I work with you? How is it that you have time post during the middle of the day? Are you trying to trick me into giving info about who I am
